You can forget driving once you have arrived at this luxury villa which is spaciously set in the fabulous exclusive area of El Portet only 270 metres from the lovely sandy El Portet beach,beyond which a 12 minute safe coastal walk with uninterrupted views over the stunning marina takes you to the picturesque small fishing town of Moraira with its plethora of restaurants,bars and boutiques.

The main accommodation and terracing, swimming pool, barbecue and table tennis are all on one level comprising: LARGE LOUNGE with double doors onto the private swimming pool terrace and double doors into SOLARIUM (with 2 two seater sofas)with 3 metre side window and 3 metre sliding patio door opening onto the covered terrace alongside the pool. DINING AREA seating 8. KITCHEN AREA with central island with stools (4), oak units with marble worktops. UTILITY ROOM. Spacious, air conditioned MASTER BEDROOM (kingsize bed) with adjoining en-suite shower room and relaxation area with bed/settee........making it an ideal family room for 4 if so desired. BEDROOM 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. BEDROOM 3 has king sized bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. Corridor with large linen cupboard leads to additional BATHROOM with shower over bath. CENTRAL HEATING THROUGHOUT.The lower level accommodation (accessed via a spiral stair down from the Solarium) comprises : Bedroom 4 with air conditioning and kingsize bed , shower room with vanity unit and w.c; kitchenette with microwave and fridge ; relax area with double sofa/bed and 32" T.V. for dvds only; french doors onto large tiled patio with picnic table and seating.


Please note:

1. The linen and bathroom towels are changed weekly.

2. Pool cleaning and maintenance will be carried out weekly (approx 20 minutes).

The Moraira / El Portet area

El Portet is the most exclusive area of Moraira which is approximately a 1 hour drive north from Alicante Airport and approximately 1 hour 10 minutes drive south to Valencia Airport.Formerly a small fishing village Moraira is now a small cosmopolitan resort retaining its Spanish charm.Moraira is regarded as "The Jewel in the Crown" of the Costa Blanca.It is extremely clean & pretty but not too large nor too small.The World Health Organisation has cited this area as "one of the healthiest climates in the world".The area averages 3000 hrs of sunshine per year.
