The villa also has easy access to many attractions from theme parks to waterfalls to ancient castles in the mountains.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Tthe Valencian Region is formed by three provinces: Alicante, Castellón de la Plana and Valencia . It's a region known for its fruit agriculture, beaches and port. The World Health Organisation has designated the northern Costa Blanca as possessing one of the finest climates found anywhere and the EU has awarded many of the beaches in the area the prestigious "Blue Flag" for water quality and cleanliness several years running. In addition, modern infrastructure with low crime rates and the ability to easily reach two international airports (Alicante & Valencia), is increasing the attraction of this already popular area.
In addition the region boasts many established and new Golf courses, one of the biggest water parks (Aqualandia) and also Theme parks (Terra Mittica) in Europe, as well as unparalleled water sports. For those wishing to "shop until they drop" there are many shopping malls and pedestrian shopping areas.
Alicante, and Valencia Cities both lie within an easy car or train ride along the coast in either direction. Valencia in particular also offers a marvellous Aquarium, Museum and beautiful old town area.
Moraira / San Jaime area
Moraira is a quieter and more sophisticated area of the Costa bBlanca, no high rise hotels and no mass tour operators and no Mcdonalds! Mainly family villas, a lovely sandy beach with children's play area and beach bar, fabulous cosmopolitan restaurants from typical Spanish tapas to Italian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, you name it Moraira has it.
A superb yacht marina, trendy bars and cobbled streets with plenty of boutiques. A regular Friday market. Moraira is within 30 minutes of some of Europes best theme parks and close to lovely old mountain villages. In the centre of Moraira is a small fun fair ideal for children. For the more active diving, golf, jet skis, walking and cycling are all readily accessible.
How to get there
Fly to Alcante,(45 mins from the villa) Valencia (90 mins easy drive from the villa) or Murcia (2 hours). Cheap flights available from most low cost airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair, Flybe, Thompsonfly etc Car hire available from a multitude of suppliers at the airport or several companies locally in Moraira inc Mr Car, and Solmar.
