Villa Lou Lou is a detached, recently built villa with an attractive shaped pool and terrace and is an ideal base for a busy or relaxing family holiday.

Although there are some steps leading to the villa, the villa itself is on one level with kitchen and living room patio doors giving easy access to the terrace and pool. The pretty shaped pool has roman steps, ideal for easy access for children.

Villa Lou Lou is ideally situated for a great holiday.
There is a bar within walking distance and Moraira is approximately 1 km and has a choice of sandy or rocky beaches and numerous restaurants, including fish restaurants by the marina.

Local activities include, golf, scuba diving, climbing, tennis, walking, jet ski, aqua park, swimming, flora & fauna and relaxing!

Perfectly placed, Moraira is set between Calpe and Javea, both coastal towns with beaches and restaurants. Benidorm with easy access to Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme park is 30 minutes away. There is a choice of golf courses in the area.

We recommend the use of a car to take maximum benefit from the beautiful surrounding areas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Nestling between the mountains and the sea, Moraria has its own micro climate and boasts 300 days of sunshine a year.
Recently discovered by tourists it was a small fishing village and has now increased in size without losing its appeal.
The pretty marina has many yachts but local fishing boats too.
There are two main sandy beaches, one in Moaraira itself and the other in the adjoining area of Portet. Although on a journey along the coast road between Moraira and Calpe you can explore and discover a number of pretty rocky or sandy coves.
Other local places of interest include Javea with long sandy beaches and Guadalest a hill top village and caslte set inland in the mountains. The picturesque Jalon valley is a lush green valley surrounded by mountains with winding roads and spectacular viiewing points.
Benidorm with easy access to Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park and Mundomar a marine and exotic animal park with dolphin shows is 30 minutes away. There is a choice of golf courses in the area.

Moraira / Cometa area

Local activities include :golf, scuba diving, climbing, tennis, walking, jet ski, aqua park, swimming, flora & fauna and relaxing!
Take the children to the local marina to feed the large shoals of fish with left over bread.
The two main fiestas in Moraira are San Vicente Ferrer, which takes place on the first Monday after Easter Monday, and Moors & Christians, which is held the second weekend in June.

Valencia approximately 1 1/4 hours using A7/E15 Motorway

Villa Lou Lou has three bedrooms, one king with doors opening to the pool terrace and an en suite bathroom , one double and a twin. There is also a separate family shower room.

The main living area is open plan with living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen.
Both the living room and kitchen/dining room have patio doors leading to the covered terrace and pool area.

There is air conditioning in two bedrooms and the lounge and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, dining room and living room.

Outside the viila the pretty shaped pool and terrace are complimented by the covered terrace area ideal for dining outside.
There is a BBQ beside the covered terrace, also an outside shower and toilet
If preferred there is secure off road parking, although the villa is in a quiet cul de sac and parking outside the villa is not a problem.
The gardens are walled, access is by electric gates.

Further details

Bed linen and bath/shower towels are provided weekly. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Cots for children up to 24 months can be provided for a small charge.

Saturday is our preferred arrival day during peak and high season, but we are happy to be flexible out of these times.

We ask that the villa be vacated by 10.00 a.m. for cleaning before the arrival of new guests from 4.00 p.m., although we do try to be as flexible as possible with these times. Please let us know if you have late or early flights and we will try to help if we can.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking.

The balance due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A damage deposit of £100 is taken with the balance.Ttis is refundable subject to no unreasonable breakages two weeks after your departure date.
