The villa is very private and in a quiet neighbourhood. It's and excellent location for a holiday full of enjoyment in the Spanish sun. The property is fully fenced with automatic gate. The pool area has a large sitting area in the shade and it's own bar.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca, offers the most diverse landscapes and contrasts. An alive cultural city, with parks and gardens, night life and central business district. In addition, his(her,your) beaches, they are of thin sand and are provided with multiple services. The beaches, port and walk constitute the principal sign of identity of Alicante. In the north the known beach of San Juan with thin sand along 3 km up to the End of Gardens, which separates it from the popular beach of the Albufereta. To the south of the port, one finds the beach of the Salt marsh,
The port is the zone of leisure most completed of Alicante and, besides restaurants, pubs and discotheques, shelters a nautical club and a sports sea-coast.

Moraira / Benimeit area

Moraira is a gem of a town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the central Costa Blanca and a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Formerly a quaint fishing village with stunning views across to El Peñon de Ifach, the rock of Calpe, it now survives from tourism whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and foreign residents.

The villa is on 2 levels, with downstairs 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs a large naya area overlooking the pool. A spacious living area and sitting area. Kitchen and another bedroom with bathroom en suite. There is also a guesthouse with it's additional bar and bathroom close to the pool.
