About the home

This villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms, 1 separate shower room with wc. This has a large living area of over 300sqms on a large secluded 2000sqm plot. The swimming pool is 10m x 5m with walk in steps. There are two BBQ areas - one by the poolside and one on the upper level by the kitchen.

The upper level of the villa enjoys fabulous views over the sea and Moraira town. There are plenty of sofas in front of the large flat screen TV which has all the BBC/ITV channels (free to view). The lounge area also incorporates a large dining table which seats up to 8 people comfortably. Outside balcony can sit up to 10 people.

The villa is walking distance to sea front, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Approximately 15min walk to the beach.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Starting on the upper level of the property there is a large lounge diner - with fabulous sea views. There are plenty of sofas and dining tables, breakfast tables and chairs. On this level is also the kitchen which is fully equipped with all you need including the essential dishwasher.

There is an open balcony with a further gas BBQ, plenty of tables and chairs (enough for 10 people) and a pull-out awning for shade. Again great views are enjoyed from this terraced balcony.

On this level is a family bathroom.

On the lower level of the house there is a large master bedroom with views over pool. This bedroom has air-conditioning, plenty of cupboard space and there is a separate family bathroom.

A further double bedroom (with air-coniditoning) with small seated naya and access to pool. This room can accommodate a further bed if necessary. Plenty of cupboard space available.

There is a further bedroom with twin beds.

Also on this level is a further shower room/toilet and a separate room utility room with washing machine.

Further details outdoors:
Outside is the large 10m x 5m pool with walk-in steps. The garden is well stocked with palms, fruit trees and Spanish plants and cacti. The garden is not overlooked so there are plenty of areas for sunbathing in privacy.

On the pool terrace there is a further enclosed area with wood/coal BBQ. Again there are plenty of tables and chairs for outside eating. There is also a fridge to keep your drinks cool.

The villa entrance has plenty of space enough for 3 cars and turning space and the gate can be locked for your security.

Conditions

To book the villa we require 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. We ask for a 200 euro returnable security deposit with final payment in case of damage. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your stay.

We supply a booking form and our terms and conditions.

Free wi-fi is available at the property and a small pc is also provided for use by guests for emails etc.

Air-conditioning is available in the master bedroom, double bedroom and upstairs lounge only. If this is required we charge a further £70per week for use. All other bedrooms have ceiling fans, mosquito netting on windows.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Moraira enjoys its own micro-climate and enjoys over 300 days of glorious sunshine a year. In July and August months it can reach 40 degrees - so a cool inviting pool and two local beaches are essential.

The local history is endless and what better way to enjoy Spain by watching the many regular historical and religious fiestas and parades all year round in Moraira and all the surrounding villages and towns.

The Moraira / Buenavista Benissa area

Moraira has 2 sandy beaches both awarded the European blue flag for cleanliness. Moraira Ampolla beach is approx 15 mins walk has just been modernised with new palm trees and walkways. The beach at El Portet is approx 30 mins walk.

The town is is full of colourful new shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pocket size. In the summer months, evening craft markets line the streets well into the night. There are several good supermarkets, a couple of night clubs and internet cafés.

Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding. The whole area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing.

Flee markets and wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. So is driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, La Sella, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia or Europe's largest palm forest at Elche, for breathtaking views.

For children (when not at the pool): there is a permanent fairground in town with many children's attractions, open daily till late during most of the year. Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.

There is an international go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away, suitable for all levels.

Golf: the nearest nine hole golf course is a 5 minutes drive away, but there are 8 other courses within an hour's drive from the villa:
