This split level villa enjoys fabulous views over Moraira and is situated in a quiet urbanisation of El Bosque (The Forrest). This villa is only a few years old and has been designed in a modern style, with luxury facilities and furniture.
There are 4 bedrooms, Master bedroom with en suite bathroom (his and her sinks and corner bath) is on upper level and has two sided windows and its own balcony on the upper floor. This has even better views over the town and pool below. Ideal for mum and dad.
The lower floor has large lounge with American style kitchen and diner leading to naya and BBQ area. Also on this level is a further double bedroom (with air-con), twin room (with air-con) and large family bathroom and separate WC. All lower bedrooms lead onto outside naya where there are plenty of sunbeds and a pool table.
There is an additional apartment on the pool level with Double bed, Lounge/Kitchen and bathroom - idea for further couple sharing (air-con)
On a lower level is the pool terrace with large 10x6m pool with Roman steps. Again further space for sunbeds and plenty of outside tables and chairs.
There is plenty of off-road parking for two cars (with shady car-port).

The villa is equipped with all luxury furniture - everything you will need. The rental includes clean sheets for each week of your stay. These will be provided to you by our villa managers - who will also be available 24hrs a day for any problems or advice - not matter how small. Our managers can solve any problems quickly and efficiently with their dedicated team of tradesmen - to ensure your stay is trouble free.
Upstairs bathroom has his and hers sinks, corner bath/shower, bidet and WC.
Downstairs bathroom has sink, bath/shower, bidet and WC.
A separate WC is available in the hall.
Apartment below with extra double bed, kitchen lounge and bathroom.

Further details
Air-conditioning is charged at £80 per week in advance, or 90euro per week with booking or on arrival. Baby cots, highchairs, baby gates, extra fans and DVDs are available for rental via your villa managers. Rental price includes clean sheets, bath and hand towels, good supply of t-towels and bath mats. For a mid-week let clean sheets are supplied for the second week.
Rental is only available to those people mentioned on the booking form.
It is advisable to have adequate holiday insurance to cover loss of property or cancellation. The villa's insurance will not cover you for these eventualities.
Conditions
Please note the prices listed are for the full house of 4 bedrooms which includes the lower apartment. If you only require 3 bedrooms there is a discount. Please ask for details.

Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding. The whole area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing.
Flea markets and wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. So is driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, La Sella, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia or Europe's largest palm forest at Elche, for breathtaking views.
Mid June is the spectacular Moors and Christians week with fantastic final parade.

The Moraira area
A must see - Moors and Christians in Moraira from second week in June - final parade on the weekend
Due to the villa's superb location, a car is not essential to make the most of the town's amenities and beaches.
Moraira has 2 sandy beaches both awarded the European blue flag for cleanliness. El Portet (approx 20 mins walk) has just been modernised with new palm trees and walkways. Moraira beach is approx 15 mins walk.
The town is full of colourful new shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pocket size. In the summer months evening craft markets line the streets well into the night. There are several good supermarkets and a couple of night clubs and internet cafés.
For children (when not at the pool): there is a permanent fairground in town with many children's attractions, open daily till late during most of the year. Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.There is an international go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away, suitable for all levels.

Beautiful villa, lovely surroundings. Everything needed was there. Nice walk into town, we took a taxi back to the villa due to the heat. Excellent market in Moraira on Fridays. Our friends have already booked the villa for next year. |

We require with final payment a returnable security deposit of 200 euros in case of damage - this will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure.
To book your villa 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Installment payments are welcome.
Payments can be arranged easily online (or easily via your local bank) and are payable in euros to details provided. These payment should cost no more than 3 euros per time. Check with your bank for charges in advance.
Wireless internet is included FOC with your rental. Bring your own laptops.
