This two bedroom villa has a large lounge diner with Sky TV (BBC/ITV available during the day). Lounge diner leads into fully equipped kitchen which has all the necessary utensils for your self-catering holiday. The villa is all on one level with two bedrooms (one double and twin/double) with easy access to modern toilet/shower room. There are also two camp beds available free of charge for additional small children. There is Wifi internet access available - all you need to bring is your own laptop. There is an X-Box available free of charge and a good selection of DVDs A local sandy beach with summer beach bar is only 5/10 walk away. There are local restaurants/bars and supermarket also within walking distance from villa. Nearby there is a local tennis court which also has a summer cafe/bar just a few minutes walk away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area of Calpe has been a popular holiday resort for over 30 years and now the surrounding villages and all along the coast road is being tastfully developed for holiday makers including great villas for lets, shopping, ceramicas, restaurants bars and of course the european "Blug flag" beaches between Calpe, Moraira and Javea. Calpe is now a large town with nightclubs, bars and restaurants, hotels and plenty to do - of course including plenty of shops. Moraira on the other hand has no high rise buildings, has plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and again it has the Blue Flag (which means cleanliness) beaches.
Moraira / Buenavista Benissa area
A must see - Moors and Christians in Moraira from 18th June to 21st June 2009.
The town of Benidorm is no more than 30mins drive. Again plenty of shows, wildlife parks, sea world adventures, fun fairs - all can be found in Benidorm for a great day out for kids and adults alike.
This villa has the best of both options being equal distance between both towns - for either a great night out in Calpe or a more relaxed night out in Moraira.

Further details indoors: The house is modern and stylishly furnished and would suit two couples or small family with two children - however as mentioned above there are two campbeds available free of charge so you could bring two couples and two children. There is a glassed naya between pool terrace and lounge which can be shut off for the children to play with the Xbox (including separate portable TV). The whole property is secluded and not overlooked and even has a roof terrace (where children must be supervised) There is plenty of sunbeds and outside seating areas in either sun or shade. There are local shops, restaurants, bars and a great chinese restaurant available all within walking distance so you need not travel far if you don't want to. However the towns of Moraira (6km) and Calpe (10km) away so there is no shortage of other shops, bars and restaurants, sandy beaches all within reach by car.
