An attractive, double storey, villa situated in the affluent area of Club Moraira and just over three kilometres from Moraira village and beaches. The property has been cleverly designed to fit into the existing Moorish terraces of the hillside. The house enjoys pleasant views over the surrounding area and to the sea and is within walking distance of the restaurant, bar and tennis court of the Swiss Hotel. Inside, the villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped to ensure an enjoyable holiday.
From the stone clad drive at the side of the property, access to the house is gained through a gated arch and via a short flight of steps that lead up to the covered terrace and main entrance.
Double doors lead from the terrace in to the main living / dining room. You will find the main sitting area to your right, furnished with three sofas, TV (free to air Sky satellite channels), DVD, VCR, and hi-fi unit. The middle area of the room is used for dining and, to the left, behind a small, American style bar is the kitchen, equipped to comfortably serve up to ten people. Equipment includes a four-ring gas cooker, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine: furnished with fitted cupboards and marble worktops, A back door connects the kitchen to the rear garden, large parking and play area.
From the living room a short passage leads to three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other two with twin beds: all have fitted cupboards, mosquito nets and ceiling fans.
Downstairs - and with separate, external entrance from a second covered terrace - is the fourth bedroom,furnished with twin beds and having an en suite shower-room. There is also a small store for terrace furniture. A stone table and benches plus a small serving area with worktop,sink and refrigerator provide ample facilities for poolside eating and drinking.
The villa stands in an established and well-tended garden of just under a third of an acre in area, planted with many mature palms and shrubs. A spacious, open sun terrace surrounds the swimming pool: this measures 10 x 5 mts and has Roman design, integral steps for easy access. The terrace area is gated and walled and is well equipped with plenty of terrace furniture and sun loungers, as well as a portable barbecue. At the rear of the villa is a large, paved parking / play area and garden.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's major holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate, its scenery, interesting towns and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area throughout the year from most European cities.
The area offers plenty to see and do. Benidorm is, by far, the biggest tourist centre of the coast and is located approximately midway between Moraira and Alicante, less than an hour's drive away. Its theme parks and other attractions provide lively entertainment for young and old throughout the year.
The coastal resorts of Altea, Calpe, Javea and Denia are all within a half hour's drive of the villa and well worth a visit. The mountain towns and villages behind the coast show another side of Spanish culture.
Moraira / Club Moraira area
Moraira is now one of the most attractive and prestigious holiday resorts of the northern Costa Blanca. Luxury yachts and pleasure craft enjoy the facilities of its modern marina but fishing boats still sail from the port, and there is a daily market where their catch is sold.
Development has been very strictly controlled and so the village has retained much of its original charm and character. This, now vibrant and cosmopolitan, holiday centre offers a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainments that are sure to suit all age groups and tastes.
How to get there
Midway between and just over one hour's drive from either Valencia or Alicante airports via the A-7 motorway, and only 10 minutes' drive from the nearest access point, access to and from the area could hardly be easier.
