Vista Del Aguila is a stunning villa which is both airy and very spacious equipped with comfortable furniture. It is a short drive from the delightful and beautiful cove of El-Portet beach and Moraira, which is completely unspoilt and undeveloped. The Villa is situated in a beautiful valley with stunning views, it is situated in a very peaceful, tranquil location over looking El-Portet. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and is very spacious.
There is a large swimming pool area with sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs, bar-b-que area as well as an outside shower, surrounded by a beautiful garden. There are also sun terraces an outside neya for dining al-fresco. There is also ample outside lighting and swimming pool lights. For complete security there are lockable gates on the outer perimeters. There is also an intercom telephone system and complete alarm system if required.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Vista Del Aguila is situated in a peninsula with its own microclimate, which tends to escape extremes of weather. Often when it is raining inland, Moraira remains dry. The sea breeze is welcoming when the weather is unbearably hot and great weather can be guaraneed from May to October. The average temperatures range from 18-30 degrees. The world of health organisation rates this area as one of the healthies in Europe due to its climate and lack of industry.
Moraira / El Portet area
El-Portet is a small cove with a sandy beach with crystal clear waters, restaurants and a 5 minute walk from Moraira town and marina. It is very attractive with a lovely sea front and promenade, a very good variety of shops and restaurants catering for all tastes. There is a lovely marina and two breathtaking beaches, the marina is surrounded by a range of restaurants and bars. There is a market held in Moraira on a Friday which is well worth a visit supplying typical spanish pottery etc and fresh fruit and vegetables.
The main time for festivals is June/July when the famous moors and christians festival takes place and is celebrated across many towns in the area. The parade takes place in the town and very entertaining evenings are held of the moors and christians re-make of the battle is held of the beach of moraira with andalucian horses.
Local activities include Golf, Sailing and watersports, hiking, go-karting as well as horse riding, tennis, bowling and much more. There is also a dive centre in Moraira if this is of interest, further information will be provided. There are also many places to visit nearby, Javea (approx) 20 min drive) a family resort which has a good beach and port area.
Denia further up Valencia about a 30min drive has a lively port area and ferries across to the balearics. Gandia and Olivia further up from Denia boasts long stretches of sand and are good for wind-surfing. Other nearby towns include Gata De Gorge, Teulada, benissa, Benidorm, with its long stretches of sandy beach and close by are the attractions of Terra Mitica (theme park) Aqualandia (waterpark) and Mundamar (sealife attraction) as well as the Vergel Safari Park. Going inland is an absoloute must if you like mountain scenery.
Drive through the Jalon Valley and the lovely waterfalls at the El Algar and then onto Guadalest, an impressive rock formation with stunning views. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are also well worth a visit with their old buildings, museams and galleries. There are many hidden coves and much more to enjoy, all of this infomation will be glady shared with you.
How to get there
Alicante is the nearest airport to Vista Del Aguila, the drive is approx 45mins to 1 hr drive away. Valencia airport is approximately 1hr15mins away. Cheap flights are available through Easyjet, Monarch, British Airways, BMIBaby and Thompson Fly. For Car Hire, we recommend Record Car Hire, Holiday Autos or Sixt. Further details can be provided upon request. The journey to the villa is enjoyable and of a coastal route.

Further details indoors: The villa is large spacious and very comfortable, It has just been completely re-furbised throughout, this includes a newly built fireplace, a complete new kitchen, cooker, fridge freezer, hob, washing machine, 2 new bathrooms one with a large luxury shower, gas central heating has just been installed as well as a combination boiler for constant hot water. Satalite television is available which includes a home cinema system with a DVD player. The villa has also just been installed with new double glazing windows, shutters and fly screens, basically, the villa is new throughout and very welcoming and homely.
Further details outdoors: The grounds at Casa Del Aguila are very spacious and pretty, There is a large swimming pool with its own private area, consisting of an outside shower, sun loungers, table and chairs with parasols. There are also tranquil spots for quiet reading and shade. There are plenty of areas so sit and relax both down by the swimming pool as well as two terraces up above at the villa. There is a comfortable area outside protected from the daytime sun called the Neya which is also relaxing and perfect for dining al-fresco in the evenings. There is a car port and garage if required and two entrance gates. There is also plenty of parking outside the villa ebough for several cars. The villa is situated in a very quiet spot and is very private.

A £200.00 deposit is required upon booking, this fee will be held for damges and breakages and will be fully refunded upon inspection within 2 weeks of your departure. A deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required within 7 days of booking and the remainder fee is due 7 weeks before the arrival date.
An additional cost of £60.00 is required for the villa clean.
Swimming pool towels are not provided.
