This luxury villa provides great accommodation for a family holiday. On the entry level are two twin rooms with shared bathroom, master bedroom with en-suite shower room and airconditioning. Full kitchen (opening to covered balcony and living/dining room with satelite t.v. (English Channels). Steps from the terrace lead to the pool terrace where there are two further bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchenette.
From the balcony and pool terrace are south facing panoramic views across the valley. The pool is heated (supplement applies) and is 10m x 5m with slide and roman steps.

The landscaped terrace provides a seating area for 10 persons by the BBQ, a store room with washing machine and ample sun beds. The covered balcony provideas a further seating area for 10 persons. The villa is secure with gates/entry phone and has parking for two cars on the drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The area provides great restaurants, some in the towns and others more rural...the standard of restaurants is high but still reasonably priced. Moraira is a super town without high rise buildings, benefitting from a marina, good shops, weekly market , restaurants and sandy beach. Calpe and Javea are about 20 minutes drive and the fishing port of Denia is about 25 minutes away.
Altea, 25 minutes south of Moraira provides cosmopolitan shops, beautiful promenade overlooking the sea and delightful old town with cobble streets and alley ways.
The theme park Terra Mitica is about 35 minutes south of Moraira.

Moraira / Benitachell area

There are a number of fiesta's throughout the year, local markets at all nearby towns and Alicante provides a great day out with its shopping, beaches and harbour.

This area is less built up than south of Alicante and has many attractions with mountainous views, small bays and marinas. There are several golf courses from 5 minutes away or further afield at 30 minutes away. The Jalon valley is easily reachedand explored.

The property is built and fitted to a high standard and provides all modern conveniences. The master bedroom is airconditioned, fans are provided for the two twin rooms on the entry level and ceiling fans for the two bedrooms downstairs. The master bed is 6ft wide and the double room bed is 5ft wide. The en-suite to the master room has a mosaic walk-in shower.

Further details outdoors:
The villa is south facing with panoramic views. The landscaped terrace is a safe, enclosed environment for families and provides a 10m x 5m swimming pool with shallow end reached by roman steps and a slide at the deep end. There are ample sun beds and tables and a BBQ area with patio table seating 10 people.
Shade is provided on the covered balcony or under the palm tree.

Conditions

Bookings can be taken over the telephone or by Email.
A booking form is sent for completion and a signed copy returned for your files. A 30% deposit secures the reservation......the booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure together with a damage deposit of £350.00 per booking. The damage deposit will be returned 14 days after your departure date.
The villa rental includes one set of linen and bathroom towels per person; additional linen/mid stay clean is at a supplement.

Minimun stay is 7days...this does not necessarily have to commence at a weekend.
The rental price includes one set of linen and bath towels per person. Further sets carry a supplement of £15 per head. A mid stay clean is £35 and pool heating is £100 per week. a cot can be provided at £20 per week and a welcome pack may be ordered at £20.

All rental prices are quoted in sterling. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. The balance can be made by cheque or direct bank transfer.
A £350 damage deposit is taken when the full balance is paid and is refunded 14 days after your villa departure date.
