A 200€ deposit is required to cover any minor breakages and if no charges are applicable this will be refunded in full. Any additional damages caused from your use of the villa will be payable in full by you.
25% of rental fee due two weeks before your stay to secure booking.
You are asked to use the property and contents with care and to make good any damage to the house or fittings. Any damage must be reported immediately to us.
In the event of cancellation by you, the deposit is not refundable.
In the event that the house is unavailable for rental during the period booked, due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the monies paid to us by you.

Moraira is a small coastal town, situated in the beautiful mountainous area of Marina Alta. It has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, open markets, harbour-side restaurants and bars, which still retain their Spanish character. The strict planning controls have left the valley of Moraira with no hint of towering hotels or apartment blocks.
The beautiful, luscious green countryside, dotted with whitewashed luxury villas and low rise 'pueblo-style' apartment complexes, amid pine woods, cultivated vine terraces and orange groves, make this an idyllic setting for those wanting total peace and privacy.
In Moraira, the orientation of the coast and position of the mountains around it permit a microclimate that guarantees an annual mean temperature of 18 degrees.
The Moraira area
There are four beaches within this resort, all with crystal clear waters and all awarded with EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. At El Portet there is a superb beach which has bars and restaurants alongside. Originally a small fishing village it has grown into a holiday resort within the last 25 years.
As a small town, Moraira has gained an exclusive status and therefore attracts top quality restaurants, shops and bars to its shores, yet maintains its welcoming village atmosphere. There are an astounding number of varied and high quality restaurants all within easy walking distance of each other and essential amenities such as banks, schools and supermarkets are all centrally located.

By Plane :Direct line with El Altet (Alicante Airport) and Manisses (Valencia Airport).Moraira Sport is approximately a one hour drive North of Alicante airport and Moraira is served by well maintained roads.
By train: Links from Alicante or Valencia to Teulada railway station.
By car : A-7 motorway (exit 63 ) which runs to N-332 , later to Teulada and finally to Moraira where you can find indications to Moraira Sport.
Accesses to Moraira are less 60 minutes maximum drive from Alicante airport. From the south of the UK flight times are little over two hours and only a G&T further from the north. There is a train service from Alicante to the Costa Blanca north. This delightful train takes you on a rail journey through Altea, Calpe, Benissa and Teulada.

This villa is ideal for families it is on a small secure complex. Everything was ready on our arrival and Ximo was waiting to show us around, the villa has nice bedrooms 2 overlooking pool and grounds - one with double and ensuite and one twin both with balcony. The front twin bedroom is idea for kids no balcony to worry about. The kitchen and laundry room were well equiped and there is a cupboard of what seems to be toys and donations left behind the toddler Zogg swim jacket was very hand as my 20 month old decided he could swim. We also had a very nice clean highchair and cot (just fitted in the front bedroom).The outside dining table was great. The grounds are lovely and secure the pool is well maintained as is the shower room and loo by the pool. Moraira is a lovely town with nice beaches. If you want a drive 20 mins to a cove - cove moraig it is sign posted from Teulada (fantastic and two bars) Lidl is 3 mins drive down the road - very cheap. Other supermarkets just a little further on. There is a 24 hour supermarket in town if your caught short as its expensive. A few minutes up the road there are a couple of bars but I would say a drive into town in the evening to soak up the atompshere and tire the children out with a stroll along the town beach is a perfect end to the day also there is a small funfair at the end of the carpark to the right as you drive into town. The waterpark and mundamor at benidorm (1 hour drive) are well worth a visit (a day for each)if you are early in the season which we were remember to get discount vouchers from Tourist Information as its a huge saving. |

We had a lovely week in Moraira. The villa is very nice and spacious, on a beautiful small and well kept complex. The villa is good for young children - our young daughter loved playing in the enclosed garden, and the window shutters kept her bedroom nice and cool and dark to help her to sleep. The travel cot provided was great. It may have been helpful to have a 2nd stairgate to stop her trying to climb the stairs quite so much! The family pool complex was lovely and we had it to ourselves a number of times, so it was lovely to swim there. Moraira itself is a very nice resort with lots of lovely beaches and lots of nice restaurants to choose from, and there is plenty and see and do in the local area. |
