This is a cosy villa in all respects. Equipped with central heating and air condition for a year round comfort, it has a nice lounge/diner and three bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms and the lounge has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. The garden is very private with a kidney shaped pool and barbeque. Parking in a garage.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
Moraira / Benitachell area
Moraira, this small popular town is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers clean and attractive shops that cater for just about everything you need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
On second weekend in June there is the annual “Moors and Christians” fiesta weekend – a spectacular event put on by the town locals that is something to be enjoyed by all age groups. Moraira is one of those towns that people - including the local inhabitants - just love to stroll round and take in its life at any hour of the day.
Benitachell, this is a very small non-tourist town between Moraira and Javea with quite a long history behind it. As with most inland towns in this region the main road leaves you ignorant of its inner parts so you really have to explore on foot to see what makes it tick. To the outsider it may not seem a lot at first.
The shops are few and mostly hidden but there is a real community going on here, mostly centred on the church, the school, the town hall that has the responsibility for a number of outlying urbanisations. Walk around this small town, you are always welcome into the church at service times or go into one of the hidden bars, or the market and watch how the people spend their lives together – it might takes you back to the British communities of long ago!
