Refundable Good housekeeping deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Deposit 30% of rental fee to secure booking. (non returnable) Then the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival the full rental amount is due on booking
Conditions
Price includes gas, electricity,air con, linen and towels . Insurance is not included and is recommended. You will be met at the villa by our English Management Company, who will show you around the villa and will be on call 24/7 should you have any problems. A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking with the remaining 70% due eight weeks weeks before arrival. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £200 is required to be paid on arrival which will be refunded immediately after inspection on departure and return of keys.Smoking is only permitted outside

The Moraira / Buenavista Benissa area
MORAIRA is a small cosmopolitan town, boasting a number of bars, restaurants & cafes to satisfy most gastronomic tastes from a full English to delicate seafood or hearty steaks, in fact menus from most countries and continents. Also a marina and port and a sandy beach, The beach well maintained with calm waters, ideal for families. Sun beds and parasols are available to hire. Friday sees the arrival of the weekly market selling a wide range of fresh produce & goods from all over Spain.JAVEA is divided into three areas, the old town with cobbled streets, town houses and church has a traditional feel. The port, where a daily fish market is held. The new town (Playa Arenal) with its many cafes, cosmopolitan bars, and restaurants overlooking a wide horseshoe bay In the summer months, evening craft markets line the streets, There are several good supermarkets, a couple of night clubs and internet cafés.
Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding.
Wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. also driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia is also a good day out.
For children there is a fairground in Moraira with many children's attractions, open daily till late during most of the year. Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.
There is a good go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away
