A brand new luxury three bedroomed two bathroom villa completed during April 2008 situated in the stunning location of Cumbre del Sol, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful area only minutes away from the small beach of Playa de Moraig and yet only a ten minute drive from the larger resorts of Javea and Moraira which offer fantastic beaches with various watersports and many bars and restaurants. This area is a golfer's paradise with there being several golf courses within a short distance.The villa is in an excellent location situated adjacent to a fabulous pool complex featuring two large swimming pools with children's pool area and playground, showers and extensive terraces with sun loungers provided. A life guard is present during peak periods.There is also a bar/cafe serving drinks, ice creams meals and snacks. The cafe is open till late and during peak periods hosts theme nights, entertainment etc.This complex is for the exclusive use of villa owners and their guests, with entry only being gained by key access. The complex is entirely enclosed making it extremely safe for children. The villa also has access to the many amenities situated on Cumbre del Sol such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy and a medical centre plus leisure activities such as walking, horse riding and diving.

The open plan villa is furnished and decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings. It features a lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms with the master bedroom being en suite and a family bathroom. Outside is an enclosed garden and a terrace with garden furniture designed for al fresco living.

A luxury three bedroomed 2 bathroomed villa ideal for couples and families which benefits from being situated adjacent to the fabulous pool complex.
The accommodation consists of a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with a double sofa bed and two chairs which convert to single beds if required. The lounge has a feature fireplace, coffee table, satellite television receiving BBBC1 and 2, ITV 1and 2, 4, 5, Sky 1, Sky sports and movies, Nickelodeon, Living channel, Discovery channel and various German, French and Dutch channels. A dvd player and Play Station console with games provided. The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The master bedroom is en suite with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers with the second and third bedrooms being twin bedded with fitted wardrobes and drawer space. All three bedrooms have individual bedside lights. The family bathroom has a toilet, bath, overhead shower and a wash basin with illuminated mirror.
The villa benefits from an air conditioning/heating system and a security safe has been fitted for the use of our guests. Wi Fi access can be gained from the communal pool opposite the villa.

Further details outdoors:
The terrace/patio can be reached through patio doors leading from the lounge/dining room. Here you will find a an area with patio furniture and sun loungers ideal for outdoor living. In the garden is a charcoal BBQ. There villa has a private drive on which to park your car.
Beach toys such as buckets and spades, fishing nets, inflatables, football and bats and ball can be left out if required.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is located on the eastern shore of the Iberian Peninsula. It is a land which offers something for everyone from relaxing family beach holidays to sporting holidays to holidays suited to those looking for non stop entertainment which can be found in towns such as Benidorm. The Costa Blanca has recently been awarded with the best climate of Continental Europe by the World Health Organisation and during the last few years has obtained the highest number of Blue Flags in Europe making the beaches an ideal place to take children, where they can play in a safe, clean environment. There are plenty of water sports on offer at the majority of the beaches and lots to keep the children entertained with Go-Karting, ten pin bowling, roller skating, water parks and theme parks all nearby.This region also has lots to offer the culturally minded with beautiful cities such as Valencia and Alicante which are steeped in traditions and history.

The climate is ideal with the average temperature ranging from 17C in winter to 35C in summer with little rainfall.

Wherever you visit you can be assured of a warm welcome with plenty of opportunities to sample the fine wines and gastrononomy of the region.

The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area

Cumbre del Sol occupies a unique position on a dramatic stretch of coastline between the towns of Moraira and Javea ( Xabia ). It is an exclusive area consisting of private villas and apartments which are surrounded by green spaces and protected nature parks. It has it's own beach, Playa de Moraig, a picturesque cove from where you can fish or scuba dive. There are a number of diving schools in the area. During summer there are sun loungers to hire and the beach bar/cafe is open serving drinks, snacks and ice cream. Although it is possible to walk from the villa to the beach it is a steep uphill climb back making it easier to take the car. All services can be found on Cumbre del Sol including two shopping areas with a well stocked supermarket offering freshly baked bread seven days a week and an excellent range of meat, fish, fruit and vegatables. There are bars, restaurants, coffee shop, newspaper agent, chemist and a medical centre. Leisure activities include swimming pools, horse riding, diving, children's play area and golf ( 2kms ). During the summer months the tourist office offers free guided walks of the area.

Moraira is a five minute drive away and is a small resort town overlooking fine sandy beaches and rocky coves with it's Blue Flag beaches offering a variety of watersports. It is a bustling town with a picturesque marina, daily fish markets, weekly street market,quaint churches and back streets bursting with shops, bars and a good variety of restaurants offering both local or international cusine. In addition there are a number of bars where you can sample typical tapas dishes.The area is designated as a conservation zone of extraordinary beauty, where the height and density of buildings are strictly controlled. Javea (Xabia ) is a larger seaside resort approximately a ten minute drive from the villa. Large sandy beaches wth numerous bars and restaurants many of which offer live music are situated here and for the young at heart are several nightclubs. Javea old town is steeped in history whilst the Arenal is the commercial and tourist area. Many watersports are on offer here such as jet ski-ing, scuba diving, kite boarding and wind surfing.

The Harbour Festival - Held the 1st week in September

Denia is an impressive working fishing town situated 18 kms away. The drive to Denia is dominated by wonderful scenery as you travel through numerous orange and lemon groves. From the harbour you can watch the fishing fleets bring back their catch to sell in the market or you can take the ferry to the Balearic Islands including Ibiza and Formentera. There is a scenic train which runs along the coast to Calpe and plenty of bars and restaurants to sit and watch the world go by. Denia also boasts a good shopping area with a variety of shops and high quality leather goods to be found.

Benidorm the orginal tourists paradise is just a 30 minute drive away. Benidorm offers all year round entertainment with a vibrant nightlife and stunning sandy beaches. This town caters for all tastes and away from the hustle and bustle can be found narrow streets full of tapas bars where the more traditional side of Spain can be found. Among the many attractions situated in Benidorm are:-

Benidorm Palace - For magnificent shows and cabaret
Vergal Safari Park

This area is a haven for golf lovers. Golf can be played all year round due to the climate affording good visability with little wind. There are several golf couses within a 30 km radius from the villa offering either 9 or 18 holes.
The Javea Golf Club is a ten minute drive and has 9 holes, par 72 and 3,035 metres. It features a driving range, putting green, heated pool, club bar and restaurant and extensive terraces with beautiful scenery where the non golfing members of your party may like to sit and enjoy the views with a glass of wine whilst watching the terrapins in the lake.
La Sella Golf Club is a 15 minute drive inland and has 18 holes, par 72 and 6,029 metres. Facilities here include a driving range range, putting green, club bar and restaurant and swimming pool.
In Benidorm next to Terra Mitica you will find the Sheraton Real de Faula Golf Resort with two 18 hole courses designed by Jack Nikalaus.

Situated between Javea (Xabia) and Moraira on the Costa Blanca equi-distance from either Valencia or Alicante airports.

Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Monarch and BMI Baby all offer frequent low cost flights to both airports.

Relatively cheap car hire is available at both airports which can be booked online before you travel ( Auriga, Hertz, Auto-Europe and Avis all operate from both airports ).

On leaving either airport take the AP7 toll motorway:-
North from Alicante to Benissa/Moraira Exit 63
South from valencia to Javea/Denia Exit 62

Payment by cheque or bank transfer

All rentals include a meet and greet service, heating and utility ( if aircon is used excessively it will incur an extra charge ), end of rental clean and use of bathroom towels and linen. If you require a weekly change of linen an extra cost of £7 per person can be paid with the balance.

25% deposit payable on booking with balance due no later than 8 weeks before departure.

An additional £150 breakages/damages refundable deposit is required with balance. This will be refunded within 14 days of your holiday if no damage/loss has been incurred.

Please enquire for out of season offers and reduced rates for long term lets. Long term lets from between £725 - £1000 for four week stays dependent on season but longer stays also accomodated
