Villa Timmy is a luxury villa furnished to the highest standard inside and out and is air conditioned. Bedroom 1 has a Super king size bed,TV DVD, en suite bathroom with shower,also a private balcony. Bedroom 2 also has Super king size bed and 2 single beds,TV and DVD, en suite bathroom with a modern roll top bath and private terrace. Bedroom 3 King size bed,Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed and bunk beds. There is a further bathroom with shower. The kitchen is hand made with all appliances and open plan to the dining room where there is a patio door leading out to a large covered terrace with large teak table and chairs,sofas, and gas BBQ. The lounge has top quality leather furniture,full satellite inc sports channels and a 42"LCD.TV. The Gated child friendly pool area with large terrace and loungers is surrounded by lush lawns and 2000 sq mtrs of mature Mediterranean gardens complete with large Bali house.Pool table and table tennis,PS2 WiFi internet Arrive 4pm Depart 10 am

This is a very large house with extra large gardens and can sleep 11 persons and still has room to spare,the 2 main en suite bedrooms are enormous, the outside dining area seats 11 in comfort with direct access to the kitchen and also has a large gas BBQ on the terrace The villa also has UK sat TV ie BBC. ITV, 4,5, Films,sports, etc PS2 & Wi Fi is available,The villa is equipped with everything you will need. The rental includes clean sheets, bath,hand towels,and bath mats,also beach towels, for each week of your stay. We are available 24hrs a day for any problems or advice - not matter how small. We solve any problems quickly and efficiently with our dedicated team to ensure your stay is trouble free.

The villa is surrounded by tropical gardens and has its own Bali hut for added privacy, Luxury sunbeds with pool towels surround the pool terrace,which is edged by lawned garden areas,also a pool table,PS2, and table tennis for your enjoyment

Please note, whilst we welcome smokers we ask that are clients only smoke outside where there are plenty of places to do so,Strictly no smoking inside Refundable good housekeeping deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Deposit 30% of rental fee to secure booking. (non returnable) Then the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival the full rental amount is due on booking

Conditions

Whilst we welcome smokers we ask you not to smoke in the enclosed areas of the villa in respect for non smoking visitors.Price includes gas, electricity,air con, linen and towels . Insurance is not included and is recommended. You will be met at the villa by our English Management Company, who will show you around the villa and will be on call 24/7 should you have any problems. A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking with the remaining 70% due eight weeks weeks before arrival. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £250 is required to be paid on arrival which will be refunded immediately after inspection on departure and return of keys.Smoking is only permitted outside Arrive 4pm Depart 10 am

MORAIRA is a small cosmopolitan town, boasting a number of bars, restaurants & cafes to satisfy most gastronomic tastes from a full English to delicate seafood or hearty steaks, in fact menus from most countries and continents. Also a marina and port and a sandy beach, The beach well maintained with calm waters, ideal for families. Sun beds and parasols are available to hire. Friday sees the arrival of the weekly market selling a wide range of fresh produce & goods from all over Spain.JAVEA is divided into three areas, the old town with cobbled streets, town houses and church has a traditional feel. The port, where a daily fish market is held. The new town (Playa Arenal) with its many cafes, cosmopolitan bars, and restaurants overlooking a wide horseshoe shaped beach with its shallow waters, making it ideal for families with young children. Sun beds, parasols, pedalos and motor boats for hire, also deep sea fishing trips can be taken from the port
Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding. The whole area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing.
Flea markets and wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. So is driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, the Vergel Safari Park near Denia is also a good day out
Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.

There is also a go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away
