In all respects this is an excellent holiday villa for one couple but with the added facilty of a lounge sofa bed for two more guest/child plus a baby (hire) cot . Equipped with central heating for year round comfort, it has a nice lounge/diner, one bedroom and one bathroom. The American open kitchen is well equipped with fridge and cooker hob etc.. The garden is very attractive and private with a barbeque. Private parking, quiet and peaceful, yet only 2 kilometres away from Moraira, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market, and many excellent Spanish and international restaurants. The villa enjoys a private quiet community pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning views, furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. With one double bedroom and a sofa bed, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty of activity, including some superb local golf, to see and enjoy during your stay. Owners accommodation is on the top floor but not in residence during letting periods.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is undoubtedly one of Spain’s most attractive regions with such coastal towns of Moraira, Calpe, Javea and Altea offering seaside fun for the younger families or, for those wanting a more relaxing time, there are places of interest to visit and places to eat and drink at the pace of an elderly snail. The climate here is superb and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely stunning.
Moraira / El Portet area
This small popular town is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers clean and attractive shops that cater for just about everything you need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
On second weekend in June there is the annual “Moors and Christians” fiesta weekend – a spectacular event put on by the town locals that is something to be enjoyed by all age groups. Moraira is one of those towns that people - including the local inhabitants - just love to stroll round and take in its life at any hour of the day.

Fly to Alicante or Valencia then hire a car. Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk or ryanair.com. Car hire available from www.amigoautos.com. There are always local taxis available.

Conditions
20 % deposit on booking. Full payment 8 weeks before arrival. Apart from the price of the villa, we also ask for a refundable breakages deposit of 175 Pounds required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure day (subject to satisfactory property inspection). For final cleaning/sheets and towels we charge 75 Pounds. On final payment , you will receive full instructions on how to get to your holiday villa, including emergency telephone numbers.
