A recently modernised villa with two separate levels allowing two families to holiday together in idillic surroundings. Ground floor has one double room and one large triple bedroom with room for additional sleeping arrangements if required. Also it has a well fitted kitchen / dining & lounge area and a large fully tiled walk in shower room with W.C.
The large upper level of the villa has one King size bedroom with en suite,second double and twin bedroom,sharing a second bathroom: Large lounge, fully fitted kitchen and a large south facing Nayah ideal for dining & relaxing with views looking down though the golf course and out to sea.You can watch your famliy in the private swimming pool from the Nayah area.The pool area is not overlooked as the villa is built so it is up of the road , which is generally very quiet with next to no passing traffic You can sometimes hear a golfball being hit if you listen. The Beautiful 9 hole Ifach Golf course,with poolside Bar/Restarant is open to non members and is 3min walk away.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region The Costa Blanca is one of Spains main holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate,an average 320 days of sunshine.The Villa is situated in the beautiful Costa Blanca, approximamantly 65km from Alicante airport, With Calpe,,Javea and Jalon valley within 20 minutes drive. only 1/2 hour drive from Benidorm with its lively entertainment throughout the year. Terra Mitica theme park,Mundamar Dolphin park,and Aqualandia water parks,Benidorm Palace all within easy reach.
Moraira / San Jaime area
Moraira originally a tiny fishing village,But has now grown into a lively and bustling resort.Moraira has a wonderful promenade,with a lovely Marina,Sandy beach,good shops and supermarkets,Exellent restaurants to suite every taste.And plenty of bars.There is a weekly market selling everything, from ceramics fresh fruit hand bags ect. We have found it to be a very friendly place.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Valencia and either rent a car or take a taxi to the villa . If you opt to rent a car then we will send directions for you when you make the booking, taxi from Alicanti airport will cost about 70 euro`s and should take about one hour. Further details indoors: The villa is in excellent decorative order and finished to a very high standard. Air conditioning up stairs.Freestanding fans downstairs. Along with all the usual requirements which you would expect to find in your own home. There are gas hobs & electic cookers plus microwave ovens on both levels,also a barbeque is provided for outside use. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN POOL TOWELS

Pool can be heated at extra cost during the colder spells. Cleaning is charged extra over to villa rental If air conditioning required this has to be charged. Pool man calls Twice a week during summer once a week winter no cost cental heating included during winter if needed Pool towels not supplied linen change once a week (Please bring your own pool towels) Please no smoking in the Villa. welcome pack when you arive
Conditions
As is normal procedure a £100 deposit ( non refundable if cacelled, but can be used to confirm further booking subject to availability) secures the booking. A £200 damage deposit which is refundable upon your return assuming all is ok. The balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to your departure.
Families only. As this is a quiet residential area, parents to be fully responsable for themselves & their children at all times.make sure you watch your children & non swimmers at all times please as . We do not except any resposnabity.

August 2007 Hi steve terina We have been back only a week but it seems like forever. What a fantastic time we had,your villa is beautiful. The view was spectacular, every morning we would sit and drink a cup of tea and stare out to sea.The Men in our party thoroughly enjoyed visiting the golf course.Hopefully one day we shall return,thankyou again we had a terrific time and have many happy memories ,Mr Mrs Sanford Hi there We had a fantastic holiday thanks. The villa is superb and we felt like filmstars.Facilities are excellent also. We had a few trips out to the neighbouring towns,Fonts DAlgar and Benidorm and generally had a good time. July 2007 Mr Mrs Kilford What a fantastic place,we had a fabulous time,an amazing time. The pool was great, the kids loved it.The villa was super clean the view was Idyllic.Glad we had a car Moraira was too far to walk.We saw some lovely places,Recomend visiting water falls, Thanks hope one day we can returne.Very sad to leave Mr Mrs Sanford,(Holly aged ) I really enjoyed the pool its also bigger than i expected.And i loved the garden passeage at the back, I saw about 5 lizards.
July 2007 Chloe age 9 I have never been in a villa before This is my first time.And its fab.on the internet at home it only had a picture of the shallow end of the pool we thought it was tiny,but its masive,it is very deep and the steps are perfect for my brother whos 2yrs old.I love Moraira.Please take more photos to show how Beautiful your villa is.

Dear Mr & Mrs Kilford, We all had a really good holiday relaxing in peace and quite beside the pool,The grandchildren & my daughters spent a lot of time there,swimming and sunbathing.And thought it was super. We did appreciate the starter pack of tea,coffee milk etc. The weather was superb (no rain).The Pepe la Sal supermarket was excellent & very clean ,we did most of our shopping there.The grandchildren loved Terra Mitica with its many atractions .We would have liked to stay longer,but commitments kept us to ten days . The surroundings and picturesque views from your villa are superb, We used the supermarket close to the villa a lot,and enjoyed the English pub opposite.The harbour in Moraira was lovely and enjoyed the evenings with the local market and restaurants. 2005 I Would like to write to you, to say what a fantastic Holiday we had at your villa. When we went on holiday with our parents.We werent sure how it would turn out. As you know i took two of my friends with us. We had a great time, there where plenty of bars, and a a few night clubs.The beach was lovely, And Moraira is bussing at night. We had a great time. And if if we wanted a really hectic night Benadorm was only half an hour away by Taxi. We came home with brilliant tans, your pool is so lovely, and the view over the Golf course was amazing.
May 2006 Dear Mr Mrs Kilford Many thanks for the use of your magnificent villa. The photographs from the web page did not do it justice, as for the sea view it far exceeded our e xpectations. We all thought that the villa was situated in a prime position. It was handy for all the s essential amenities. As for your excellent equipped villa and apartment, it gave us a truly wonderful week. The pool was fabulous, and my two grandchildren really enjoyed themselves.

26/8/06 Fabulous villa with fabulous views all we could have asked for in a villa. We all had hours of enjoyment in the pool,especially the children.Local supermarket was convenient and well stocked.Im sure we'll be back Mr Mrs Smith-phillips.
11/9/06 Youve got a really fabulous Villa We felt as posh as charles & Camilla The fortnight flew weve had such fun Splashing by the pool and liying in the Sun. We recomend you have a car cos walking to Town was a little far. The Lemons and Limes for your drinks are free The restaurant we recomend is the Olive Tree.
