A beautiful detached villa with stunning views over the surrounding countryside and mountains, with private landscaped gardens, patios, private pool, balcony, barbeque and shaded terrace perfect for hot days and evenings. Built on the hill side near the coastal town of Moraira, the villa is the owners winter home so is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. It is centrally heated and double glazed for the cooler months and has airconditioning for the hot summer months. The villa sleeping 4 with its apartment below for a further 2 is ideal for a 2 generation families wanting to holiday together yet still have time to themselves. (please note that the apartment is never let out separately to another party)

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Being only 10 minutes from the nearest junction of the A7 motorway, the villa is ideally situated for exploring more of the region. There are many beaches, coastal resorts, fishing villages, mountain drives, breathtaking views and walking, historic towns, theme parks at Benidorm, plus slightly further afield you can visit Valencia and Alicante.
Moraira area
The nearest town of Moraira, just 5 minutes away, has the feeling of an enlarged village, no highrise apartments and hotels, many shops, restaurants and winebars. Safe beach with new promenades leading to the marina. There are good parking facilities and a lovely weekly market each Friday. There are many activities available nearby such as all water sports, fishing, golf, walking, trekking, climbing, horseriding, go-carting.

Further details indoors: The Villa comprises of : Tastefully furnished lounge and dining area with english digital TV including BBC,ITV, sports and movies, CD, DVD etc. extensively equipped modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and all crockery, glasses etc. Large sunlounge/Naya with additional eating area and fantastic views. Double bedroom also with lovely views over the mountains with queen size bed and en suite jet shower, twin bedroom and house bathroom. The Balcony is off of the dining area and is an ideal place to eat outside or to enjoy the views and sunsets.Stairs down to laundry room, patios, pool, outdoor undercover eating area and apartment. Apartment: Double bedroom with kingsize bed, lounge , kitchen area with small gas hob, mini oven,microwave, fridge (ideal to use the downstairs cooking facilities when barbequeing). Shower room and toilet.

The villa is situated on one of the original urbanisations, therefore, whilst offering space and privacy that the new developments do not have, it also has a large community pool, tennis court and children's play area for your use, plus a supermarket and restaurant.
