The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. Many people with arthritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime. The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing. The northern Costa Blanca is typically mountainous with cliffs and coves, a mixture of pebble beaches and fine sandy beaches. North of Altea it is surprisingly very green and lush.
Moraira / Benissa area
A small coastal town, Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. Fustera is just a couple of minutes drive out of Moraira along the beautifully scenic coast road. The beach at Fustera, which is only 5mins walk from Parques Casa Blanca, is a lovely, small, sandy bay and there are a few small beach bars in which to quench your thirst and have a light snack. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each). However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and. unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character. There are too many restaurants of interest and good quality to list here but we can mention that there are 8 Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area with three of them being star rated and not expensive either!

Further details indoors: Parques Casa Blanca has won awards not only for its design but for it´s innovative IHAS system which "looks after" each and every apartment - from monitoring everything from a safety angle like fire hazards and floods etc to giving by the minute access to ADSL, phone lines and providing specific TV channels requested by clients. Even the apartment door entry system is hi-tech - you dont use a key or even insert a card into a slot to open your door ................just swipe the key card accross the number at the side of the entrance! Very useful if your hands are full of beach towels and chairs and you have the card in strategically placed pocket!
Further details outdoors: The beautiful edge to edge lagoon swimming pool is surrounded by lush planting and there is a low key pool bar for that much needed thirst quencher whilst taking in the rays. The on site restaurant is now open and later this year there will also be an indoor pool and gym.

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, All prices include taxes, departure cleaning and linen. Payment by credit cards are subject to an additional 1.5% surcharge. A security deposit of 150.00 euros is payable when you check in. Providing no damage is caused during the letting period, the deposit will be returned after the end of the booking period – please allow up to 14 days for receipt. Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than in the course of normal and fair wear and tear,
