Finca Nuestro Nido (Our Nest) is a brand new architect designed finca totaling a magnificent 354 square meters of floor space over two floors, with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and two lounges, large pool, hot tub, pool table, table tennis. This fantastic villa has been designed in the traditional Finca style and built from the highest quality materials. It is set in its own grounds of over 3 acres of very private hill side looking down on to a grape vine valley and is reached via a single tarmac road and a double gated private drive. This is a purpose built villa designed to make your holiday a memory that will last forever. The villa rests between Moraira and Teulada is just a short 8 minute drive from Moraira’s main beach and town. If you are looking for peace and total tranquillity and still be within minutes of the best resort in the Costa Blanca then this finca will tick every box.
Please note: 'z' beds, and cots are available for hire at time of booking only. All bedrooms are big enough to accommodate a cot in each if required. Grand Master, Master on first floor, and Children's room with set of Bunk beds are big enough for 'Z' beds as well.
Disabled persons; Two bedrooms have been designed with extra wide doors and share a disabled friendly bathroom. Linen is changed on a weekly basis. Two lounges, one on each floor. Upstairs has been designed with children in mind, 42' Plasma, X box, DVD player, sky etc. Downstairs also has 42' plasma and sky.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
One of the most beautiful coastal resorts on the Costa Blanca. Moraira - Teulada nestles between the mountains and the sea. It has been carefully developed with the aim of preserving the coastline, and unlike other resorts there are no high rise buildings. In fact nothing above 4 stories high has been allowed to be built in the area. With stunning blue flag beaches all children friendly the resort is very special.
Moraira / Benimeit area
The main beach also has excellent facilities for the disabled with special patio area, large wheeled wheel chairs, and trees planted to provide shade to enable all to share the resort. Our villa is located on the back of the hill side that looks down on Moraira. Its location is at the end of a single tarmac road and then a very private drive. It is one of half a dozen properties in the valley and allows our guests to be away from the noise of buzz bikes, traffic etc but within a very short drive to the town. The pool and terrace is completely private.

Further details indoors: The villa has been furnished with the very best quality solid oak furniture, leather suites etc to ensure a luxury finish to the villa. We also know to use cheap laminated items is false economy as they would damage easily. We welcome children and guest should not be afraid to allow them to be themselves. All items are very easily cleaned with a damp cloth. We simply ask you to clear up any mess made at the time it happens. Security deposit: A security deposit of £30 per person (minimum of £300.00) is required at time of final invoice. This will be returned by means of a cheque within 10 days of your return home subject to no damage. We understand that breakages will occur and we ask all guests to simply replace the broken cup/plate/glass etc to avoid us using your security deposit. All items in the villa are available locally details in the villa pack on your arrival. For any other major damage we ask you to advise us by phone immediately as we may be able to get this replaced through our insurance policy.
Further details outdoors: A very large flat tiled terrace surrounds the the large 10mx5m pool and is at the same level as the covered Nayer and villa. Table tennis, pool table and hot tub are also on the rear terrace.
Disabled access: On the out side: No gravel from car parking area to villa. There will be a slight incline from this area up to the villa but nothing that will stop a wheelchair being pushed up it. Once on the villa level there is a massive flat terrace that runs up one side of the villa and across the back. The large pool is sited in this terrace. The covered Nayer and the inside of the villa (ground floor) is all on the same level. In truth we have had to compromise in some areas due to tough planning rules in this area. Outside doors have proved an issue with the town hall as they insisted the villa had a finca look and therefore smaller doors than we would have liked(Patio doors in lounge area are 1800mm wide and kitchen 2000mm wide. We are a little concerned these might prove difficult to access by a wheelchair due to narrowness and they also have a threshold) We have therefore designed the main front door to have no threshold and it is over 1000mm wide. There is a wide level path from this door to the Nayer and terrance area giving great access. Two twin bedrooms (ground floor) have been designed with extra wide door access and both share a bathroom which also has an extra wide door. Bathroom: has twin basins, toilet, bidet, and a bath with disabled seat and a shower fitting that moves to allow anyone using the seat to shower. There will be a step up to the hot tub and the garden areas will have gravel and trees so this area would not be suitable for a wheelchair user.

The villa is designed to allow you to choose optional extras to suite your holiday and family needs. Air conditioning all rooms. The system operates on a time switch 8pm-6am per day. Air con is free during the months of July & August, the last two weeks of June and first week of September during these times. If you require air con outside these dates or on 24hrs per day then this is available at extra cost. Central heating is included in the rental cost for spring, autumn and winter months. Heated pool is available at extra cost. If heated pool is required this must be ordered in advance.
