About the home

Casa Josannah is a traditional large Spanish villa restored and finished with luxury and comfort in mind.Its unique layout makes it ideal for families on holiday together as there are so many different areas to lose yourself and get away from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful patio and pool area. This villa is split into 2 levels with complete privacy from the other level.2 large fully equipped kitchens and 6 bedrooms,2 lounges,many dining areas, hideaway courtyard and more. We are on a sloping hillside just 4 minutes from the nearest beach and just 5 minutes from the town centre by car.The exclusive little beach cove of El Portet is the nearest beach and is where the locals like to go ,there are 2 small bars and restaurants but if its big beaches you want then the towns main beach is nearby.The views are stunning and this area of the Costa Blanca is unique in its lush green hillsides.There is enclosed parking for up to 4 cars.I live only minutes away and I am on hand to help and advise at all times.

There are 4 double bedrooms with en suite, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,and one very large bedroom with a double bed ,bunk beds and 1 singles,this last large room is great for  the children to stay in together or just a very large room for the kids to chill in on the Playstation,X.BOX,watch dvds etc.We can add or change the bed types to suit different guest requirements.There are 2 full living areas both with tv,dvd etc. one of these rooms has a very impressive open kitchen attatched to it and the patio doors open up onto the poolside.

Recently refurbished patio with 10m x 5m private pool.a large traditional BBQ is there to be used and enjoyed,once lit it will burn for hours! an outside shower and sunloungers by the pool,2 large dining tables,one in the sun and one under cover,outside music and a wooden swing seat.NOW JUST ARRIVED,10 PERSON JACUZZI ON THE UPPER TERRACE WITH STUNNING VIEWS.

We have access to an excellent selection of clean quality baby,children equipment for hire. we are on hand always to help and advise,just a phone call away.a full fridge full of neccesities can be provided for your arrival provided at cost. Smoking is allowed in the outside areas of the villa ONLY. . The 10 person jacuzzi has a surcharge for its use.Also ,just installed aircon in 3 of the bedrooms but a charge will be made for using this and conditions apply.

Conditions

A 20% deposit is required to make a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.We have facilities for you to make safe and confident payments through a holiday booking website,more details available on request.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Moraira is nestled perfectly in a bay on a piece of coastline famous for its outstanding beauty and healthy climate,if you have heard of "micro climates" then Moraira has one.It can be cold and damp in the winter months in Spain but this area is well known for its continuous good weather.Access to the main coastal motorway is just 10 mins and the 2 big cities Valencia and Alicante are an hour each away.

The Moraira / Valle Del Portet area

Moraira is fast become a very exclusive resort and it is common knowledge to the expat community of all the celebrities that own homes here,Hugo Boss,Terry Wogan,Sarah Brightman to name only a few.Its pretty fishing village status is still retained but the choice of quality restaurants and bars and shops that are now in Moraira is incredible.We like to eat in the cheaper Spanish restaurants on a very regular basis but there are many top notch ones to choose from.

Alicante airport is 50 minutes drive and from Valencia airport is just 1 hour.The coastal motorway runs between the 2 cities and from junction 63 the villa is just 10 minutes.

We find that hiring a car online is the best way,just type in Alicante airport car hire and a long list of cheap hire companies will appear.We can arrange minibus collection by ourselves if required.
