A lovely home from home villa treasured by the owners set in its own terraced garden, with private swimming pool in the Piachi area of Moraira Three bedrooms and two bathrooms which have just been refurbished. Situated about a two miles from the beach and town. The villa is situated about a 2 miles from the beach and town, it enjoys lovely views of the Moraira plain. It has a large sitting/dining room with open fire, Satellite TV, video and hi-fi, American style well equipped and recently refurbished kitchen, with cooker, microwave, washing machine etc., Three bedrooms and one en suite. The master bedroom suite also has it's own terrace. (The master en-suite and second bathroom being built early 2004). There is also a Naya (enclosed outside terrace) which is ideal for eating al fresco.
The nearest shops are about 1/2 mile away, with a bar/restaurants and just a 2 minute walk.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very beautifully decorated with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are close by.
The climate here is excellent and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely breathtaking.
Benidorm is about 25 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park. Also Benidorm Palace. Jalon Valley is 20 minutes away and worth a visit ot sample the wine.
Moraira / Paichi area
The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community.
Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas.
There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet from the town centre.
In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.
Benidorm is 25 minutes away. There you will find the theme parks. Terra Mitica. Aqualandia, Mundomar etc.
How to get there
Easy Jet. Bmi-baby, Thomsonfly, Monarch airways. First Choice and Ryan air all fly to Alicante,
Some fly to Valencia.
Ferries from Plymounth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao.Euro tunnel to Calais.
* Alicante airport is approx. 1 hour and fifteen minutes away. * Valencia airport is approx. one and a half hours away. * Mainly motorway driving to the villas. A car is required as the nearest bus stop is a good distance away. * It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx. 10 minutes away. * Car hire can be organised on requested. * Calpe is 10 minutes and Javea 25 minutes away.
