La Vista is a 2 Bedroomed detached bungalow situated in the popular Villotel urbanisation in Moraira, a small fishing town on the Costa Blanca. It provides an ideal all year round holiday with excellent facilities including a large shared swimming pool, bar and restaurant on site.

3 Kms from Moraira town centre and a short distance from Javea, Denia, Calpe and Benidorm and surrounding golf courses, it provides a relaxing holiday for families and couples. The accommodation includes a large spacious terrace with unobstructed view across the valleys and the coastline, with dining furniture, awning and BBQ. There are two good sized bedrooms with 1 double with patio doors on to terrace and 1 2-bed singles, a large living-dining area with fully equipped galley style kitchen. Main bathroom and separate cloakroom.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Moraira has grown from a fishing village to a small but exclusive year-round holiday destination popular with visitors from across Europe.
