The villa is detached with a private pool and conveniently situated in an attractive ,quiet, residential area close to the sea between Moraira and Calpe. There are beautiful views from the property of the Penon d'Ifach and the sea together with the mountain range close by.
It is ideal for families or couples and has all the amenities for a relaxing holiday whilst being within a short drive of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants bars and theme parks.
The villa is on two levels with the main lounge with cathedral ceiling, enclosed naya with spectacular views,,kitchen,bathroom and two bedrooms on the upper level. There is a lower self contained studio apartment comprising lounge,bedroom ,shower room and kitchenette area. This leads directly off the pool surrounds and offers privacy for guests who may want a little of their own space. TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave.
The beautiful mature gardens with many flowering shrubs, fruit trees and colourful climbing plants provide an ideal background for the kidney shaped pool which is private and adjacent to a covered arbour dining area with barbecue and outdoor kitchen area. Perfect for those lazy summer lunches or just sitting watching everyone enjoying themselves.

The Valenciana region
The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a favourite with holidaymakers from all over Europe and offers an alternative to the more bustling and commercial focus of some other areas. Between Denia and Benidorm the terrain offers some of the most beautiful scenery in Spain with lots of rocky outcrops backed by the Sierra Bernia mountain ranges .There are good transport links to most parts of Northern Europe either by low cost airlines or road.
It is easy to see why this has long been a favourite for holidaymakers wanting something a bit more than just a beach ,even though there is every kind of style you could imagine from tiny rocky coves to large swathes of pristine sand.
The area around Moraira is one of the most attractive on the Costa Blanca with good access by road or from Alicante or Valencia airports. Amazing vistas around every corner and attractive resorts set with stunning mountain backgrounds make it noted for its outstanding natural scenery . For a relaxing or activity packed holiday there is always something to see or do in a pleasant year round climate.
It is a popular holiday destination with a very cosmopolitan atmosphere and wonderful beaches and spectacular views. There are theme parks such as Terra Mittica, Terra Natura and bustling resorts such as Benidorm and Javea.There are stylish and interesting resorts such as Moraira, Javea,Calpe and Altea within a short distance.
Each one of these offers a unique setting and activities such as boat trips, water parks, shopping,dining and water sports.
The coastal road between Moraira and Calpe is especially beautiful with spectacular views at every turn and many little coves for swimming,fishing or just relaxing .Casa Martina is just off this road within a few minutes drive and ideally placed for a memorable holiday.

"Lovely villa in a quiet area for a very restful holiday."
With three young children we initially weren't sure if this villa would work for us as the third bedroom is in a flat underneath the main villa. The owners were great in answering all our questions prior to booking and sent us lots of photos of the villa interior. They kindly arranged for a single bed to be put in the lounge for a child to sleep on. With a table to sit at outside as well as the naya and balcony we didn't need to use the lounge when he was sleeping.
Villa Casa Martina is well equipped for self-catering. It is in a quiet location but within a short drive of coves which are fun to explore and snorkel in. Calpe itself is closely with sandy beaches, many restaurants and large supermarkets.
We had a great holiday and would book again.
