Home description
Ideal for couples, friends and small families this pretty villa is comfortably furnished. There is a double and a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with separate shower and dual sinks. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave/oven and hob, a welcome pack awaits your arrival too! The sitting room has a gas fire for cosy winter lets, a television (with Sky) and DVD player, there is also a compact c.d and radio player in the dining area. The Naya (large porch the length of the villa) is enclosed and offers really lovely long reaching views to the sea, here you will find a table and chairs, sofa bed and coffee table. The Utility room by the side porch houses the washing machine and garden furniture. The private swimming pool also enjoys views of the sea and there is a surrounding terrace for secluded sunbathing. The terrace extends to the front and side of the villa and has a barbecue for summer cooking. There is off road parking and the cul de sac is quiet with just a few villas having access.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca has both lush green mountainous landscapes with amazing views, walks and twisting mountain drives round pretty white villages through olive and orange groves. The climate is warm year round, and the air is clean and healthy, earning the area recommendations. Just inland from Valencia the land is flatter and famous for producing paella rice. The coastal regions offer sandy beaches, more private coves, watersports and lots of great views. Valencia and Alicante are exciting cities to visit, Valencia has wonderful architecture - old and very new and is only an hours drive from Moraira. Alicante is about 45 minutes south of Moraira on the motorway or a more leisurely two hours if you take the scenic coast road through Altea (an artists retreat) and Benidorm. Benidorm offers family entertainment - with water and safari parks some 20 minutes drive towards Alicante. In land there are beautiful mountain villages, in particular Guadelest which has an old tower and square perched on top of an outcrop with stunning views of a reservoir. The safari park next to Guadelest is well worth a visit too! We leave a comprehensive range of maps and guides at the villa and are happy to make recommendations based on the kind of holiday you are planning. If you wanted to mix a villa break with a city break this is an ideal location as both Alicante, Valencia and Denia are within "day" trip distance.
Moraira / Montimar area
Moraira is an exclusive resort with blue flag sandy beaches for the family, excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The Moors and Christians Festival is held over a week in June each year where you can see village bands in competition, amazing fancy dress and re-inactments. There is a weekly market with stalls selling everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to ceramics. It has a really attractive water front for evening strolls and a busy marina. In land the villages of Benissa and Teulada offer a glimpse of inland Spain with pretty churches and squares at the heart of them and fantastic fiestas, particularly in April. There is an excellent golf course just five minutes drive from the villa which has stunning views of Calpe Rock, you can hire clubs.
How to get there
Alicante Airport 45 minutes by car, Valencia Airport 60 minutes by car, most budget airlines serve both these Airports.
Approx 10 hours from Santandar or Bilbao depending on use of toll roads and driving speed.
Approx 14/16 hours from Calais by car depending on route and driving speed.

Further details indoors: Furnished as a home from home there is a comfy reclining sofa and matching chairs with foot stools in the sitting area, the bedrooms have bedside lamps and tables and the master bedroom has a King size bed and an alarm clock radio. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom have mosquito nets. In the kitchen there are ample pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs, glasses and dinner service for six and we keep a supply of dishwasher tablets with the dishwasher so you don't even need to wash up! Our ex-pat neighbours look after the villa and will make sure it is clean and tidy for your arrival, they are also on hand for any advice, recommendations and emergencies. The swimming pool is cleaned and treated once a week.
Further details outdoors: The villa sits within its own garden made up of terracing with mature borders including a pepper tree, palms, oleander and beautiful pink bourganvilla which trails over the front ballustrading. Two sets of steps lead down from the villa to the road, garage and parking space and a lower terrace with fruit trees and jacaranda. There are various fruit trees around the villa to include a lemon, mandarin and apricot and guests are welcome to pick the fruit when they are in season. There is a secluded drying area at the rear of the villa for your washing.

We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but will always try to accommodate different days if it is out of peak season.
We welcome longer lets and will give a discount for long winter stays.
The only additional charge we make is for cleaning and linen (£50.00 per rental period) and in the winter we ask for a contribution towards the cost of gas and electicity for heating.
Our neighbours will meet you on arrival, leaving you with the keys after first making sure you know where everything is, they will collect the keys on departure.
Arrival after 2pm and departure by 11am however where possible we can be flexible (dependant on other bookings).
