Ficas is set on a gentle hillside with far reaching views across vineyards towards the beautiful coastal town of Moraira. There is a large private pool set in beautiful gardens. The award winning, family friendly beaches of Moraira (less than 5 minutes), El Portet, Calpe and Javea are all nearby. The villa is ten minutes from three superb golf courses. This house is well extremely well positioned in a quiet, mature and prestigious location - not a high density ‘holiday complex’. In addition to your own private pool, guests also have use of a superb pool complex (plus separate toddler pool) and tennis court complex 400 metres / 5 minutes walk away.
Restaurant, shop and bar within close walking distance.
This is a property for those who appreciate the real meaning of "location". Situated in a very peaceful, geen and prestigious area - not a crowded built up area - yet only 5 minutes to the beaches, marina and best restaurants.
