Home description

Ideal property for families with young children as the private swimming pool is directly in front of the villa, at the same level, making it easy to keep track of children whilst they are at the pool. Also there is ample space outside for children to play.

Other than the driveway, the whole of the villa grounds are completely flat, thus making it more manageable for more elderly visitors who dislike properties with numerous steps to negotiate and for parents with small children who also find steps difficult to cope with

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Moraira was once the sleepy fishing port for Teulada. Now it is a delightful holiday resort. Careful town planning has put a stop to high rise buildings, and the surrounding hills are dotted with whitewashed villas. Moraira’s two fine sandy beaches at Portet and Ampolla are complemented by numerous rocky coves where snorkelling is a delight. In the evening wander around the village and port or spend a Friday morning browsing through the stalls at the weekly open-air market. Restaurants and bars of all types abound in and around Moraira, and Jávea to the north or Calpe to the south are just a few minutes drive away. Our villas here are all located in residential areas in the surrounding hills.


Moraira / La Sabatera area

Moraira is in easy reach of Valencia with its Hemesferic and Science museum. Wander round the old part of Valencia and enjoy tapas at a street café, or explore the America's Cup Port - possibly to be home to the next America's Cup. Enjoy a drive inland to picturesque Guadalest perched high above a lake. Visit Alicante to see the old Castle, or wander around the port.

Fly to Alicante or Valencia (just over an hours drive away) or Murcia (two hours drive), all airports are served by low cost airlines.

The entrance into the villa through a small covered terrace, leads into a dining room and open plan, American style kitchen. Adjacent to it, is an ‘L’shaped lounge which has double doors opening onto a big open terrace around the pool. Off the other side of the dining area is a passage that leads to the two bedrooms and a shower room with large walk in shower. Furnishings and fittings are comfortable and homely, rather than fashionable and contemporary but there are many satisfied people who return to Nova year after year, more than happy with what it has to offer.

Further details outdoors:
The garden is largely laid down to gravel and there is off-road parking within the confines of the property. The flat nature of the plot means that there are no noteworthy views to speak of but the mature trees, palms, shrubs and plants within the garden are long established and provide a colourful backdrop to the pool area. The private swimming pool has a large terraced surround furnished with sun loungers ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade under the mature palm tree.
