About the home

The villa has a wonderful little pergola with barbecue, table and chairs - ideal for spending evenings in at home by the pool or for those long, lazy lunches. An easy walk down to the beach and town of Moraira.

Entrance to the villa is through a glazed sun terrace to the spacious lounge and dining room, with a well equipped open plan kitchen. The lounge is bright and comfortably furnished. The sun terrace that overlooks the swimming pool, is furnished with table and chairs and is a great place for relaxing with a book.
From the lounge an arch goes through to a small passage leading to the two bedrooms. The master suite with double bed and shower room and the twin bedded room and separate shower room.

Further details outdoors:
The garden is well maintained and features lots of Mediterranean plants and palms. The swimming pool has a paved surround, with a pergola at one end. The pergola is furnished with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy lazy meals cooked on the nearby barbecue. There are sunbeds and a parasol by the pool.
The property is fully fenced and gated and there is parking space for a couple of cars.
Table tennis available for hire - please enquire.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. Within half hour's drive is Benidorm where a fun day out is guaranteed with a visit to Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Terra Natura or Mundomar. And in the evening a trip to Benidorm Palace where a spectacular cabaret is performed - not to be missed! Visit Alicante to see the old Castle, or wander around the port. And a little more local, enjoy a drive inland to picturesque Guadalest perched high above a lake. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit and the city is once again host to theEuropean F1 Grand Prix 22nd to 24th of June 2012. Valencia is also a great place to go shopping. And not too far away is Buñol where the world famous 'Tomatina' fiesta is celebrated each year on the last Wednesday of August. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!

The Moraira / Cometa area

Moraira was once the sleepy fishing port for Teulada. Now it is a delightful holiday resort. Careful town planning has put a stop to high rise buildings, and the surrounding hills are dotted with whitewashed villas. Moraira’s two fine sandy beaches at Portet and Ampolla are complemented by numerous rocky coves where snorkelling is a delight. In the evening wander around the village and port or spend a Friday morning browsing through the stalls at the weekly open-air market. Restaurants and bars of all types abound in and around Moraira, and Jávea to the north or Calpe to the south are just a few minutes drive away. Plan your holiday around the spectacular Moors & Christians festival celebrated around the 2nd or 3rd week of June.

Excellent,as usual - Have stayed a number of times in aspects of Spain properties and will use them again.I cannot fault their attention to detail and back up.If a problem occurs they have it sorted out immediately. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Once again a fantastic holiday - A fantastic time was had by all. Our second stay at Villa Mimosa Too and when we pulled up it felt like coming home. Brilliant location, great pool, the villa has all that you need for a relaxing, chilled out comfortable holiday. One thing we found the bedrooms very hot at night maybe time for some air con.

Wonderful stay! - The villa met all our requirements in every aspect. It is peacefully located yet within easy walking distance into Moraira.
We had a couple of minor problems which were speedily fixed. Aspects of Spain representatives in both the UK and in Spain were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay. We will return!

Relaxing & Private. - Beautiful Villa in a very peaceful setting. The pool area was perfect, and the garden area around the property makes it very private. The large driveway has a carport which is great for keeping the car a bit cooler during the day. Inside the villa there was everything we needed for self catering. Bedrooms were comfortable, and with 2 bathrooms, there was no need to queue for a shower. There are blackout blinds in both bedrooms as well as flyscreens, and also large cooling fans. Lounge has TV with DVD & Satellite. Good selection of UK channels. The sun lounge overlooks the pool and garden and is a great spot to sit at night. The coastal road is only a short walk from the villa, with plenty of restaurants & bars to choose from. The Cascada Bar was a favorite of ours, as they were very friendly, great food / prices, and there is a roof terrace overlooking the Med.
There are plenty supermarkets to choose from, however, I would recommend taking a car to La Fustera 'Supermercado'. About a 10 min drive towards Calpe. They have good prices, and it is a smaller and more traditional store. Staff here are also very helpful & friendly. There are a vast selection of shops and facilities in Moraira centre, and although we only visited a few, we found everything that we needed. The cleanliness of Moraira - and other towns & villages nearby has to be commended as well.
We have no hesitation in recommending this villa or location. If you want a peacefull and relaxing break, this is it.

Lovely relaxing holiday - Just had a fantastic holiday at Villa Mimosa Too. Would definitely recommend. Lovely, private and peaceful location. Excellent pool area and facilities. Couldn't get a signal on TV, but not a problem as we didn't go away to watch the box...
