A spacious southfacing two storey villa which enjoys all day sun. On a secure gated urbanisation. Floor size 120.3m2. Sleeping a total of 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Approximately eight minutes from the town of Moraira, family beach, marina and restaurants. A truly lovely town ideal for all the family. Calpe & Javea 20 minutes away and Benidorm 25 minutes. In total there are 3 similar villas so ideal for a group of friends or family wanting to be in the same place. Availability calandar is dependent on all villas being rented at the same time. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms one is en suite. Master bedroom opens out on to a large terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. Large sitting/dining room which has a fireplace and patio doors opening on to one of the two terraces. Patio table and chairs, sun loungers, sun shade and barbecue are provided. The property is on two levels. There is Sky TV with the UK Terrestrial channels, Video and DVD. All rooms have ceiling fans. A washing machine can be found in the basement area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very beautifully decorated with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are close by.
The climate here is excellent and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely breathtaking.
Benidorm is about 25 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park. Also Benidorm Palace. Jalon Valley is 20 minutes away and worth a visit ot sample the wine.
Moraira / Benimeit area
Benimeit is an exclusive area of Moraira with stunning views of the Moraira valley, town vine yards and sea. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community.
Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas.
There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet from the town centre.
In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.

Easy Jet. Bmi-baby, Thomsonfly, Monarch airways. First choice and Ryan air all fly to Alicante,
Some fly to Valencia.
Ferries from Plymounth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao.Euro tunnel to Calais.

Further details outdoors: A secure urbanisation with remote control metal gate. One entrance only. There is a large and very nice shared pool. It is for the use of guest and owners only. It is never very busy even in the peak season. Ideal for bored children who want to make friends with others. Sun beds are provided around the pool area.

The price quoted for the low seasons are for 2 people sharing. There is a £25 per person per week surcharge for more than 2 people.

I suppose that with three bedrooms the villa was too big for just the two of us, but I suspect that one has to go for at least three bedrooms in order to have the facilities that the villa offered.
