In the area of Benimeit, Casa Benimuslem in Moraira is this one off luxury villa. Casa Benimuslem is the owners private residence 10 months of the year. It will be appreciated by people who require the best in summer holiday rentals. It is a large, modern and stylish villa with stunning views across the bay and valley from Calpe to Moraira. The front facade of the house is all glass so the views can be seen from every window and door. The pool area has to be seen to be believed. The pool is accompanied by a superb 8 berth spa. An enclosed shower is adjacent to the pool. There is a large sun-bathing terrace which has sunloungers, patio table and chairs and a portable BBQ . Once you have stayed in this proeprty you will want to come back again and again. We welcome families.The property is south facing and gets the sun all day. The very large sun deck with the swimming pool and jacuzzi make this property what it is, along with the fantastic living area of the house. It is a totally flat plot so it ideal for disabled people although there are no special facilities as such for the infirm. Even though it has 4 bedrooms it is well worth considering for your honeymoon.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This region of the Costa Blanca is very beautifully decorated with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are close by.

The climate here is excellent and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely breathtaking.

Benidorm is about 25 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park. Also Benidorm Palace. Jalon Valley is 20 minutes away and worth a visit ot sample the wine.

Moraira / Benimeit area

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community.

Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas.

There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet from the town centre.

In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.

Easy Jet. Bmi-baby, Thomsonfly, Monarch airways. First choice and Ryan air all fly to Alicante,

Some fly to Valencia.

Ferries from Plymounth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao.Euro tunnel to Calais.

The property has 4 double bedrooms. Master Bedroom with super king bed & en suite shower room. You can walk straight out to the pool from the patio doors. Bedroom 2 with a double bed also entry straight on to the terrace. The other bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. A further shower room and family bathroom with the bath having a hand shower. Laundry room. Telephone for long lets only. High chair and cot on request

Beautiful private pool in dark tiles and separate Jacuzzi on the very large beautiful sun terrace. The sun terrace overlooks the whole area from Calpe Rock to Moraira town Valley and the sea. There are sun loungers patio table and chairs, barbecue etc. Parking within the secure property.

During the summer months the open railings on the terrace are made safe for children. Smoking on the terraces only.

“Wow,” is the word most people probably use when they enter this property. The view is stunning - even better than the photographs on the web site suggest. At night the gardens around the patio are lit and from the hot tub the lights of Moraira and down the coast could be taken from a film set. Inside there are marble floors and plenty of space. There is air conditioning but the property is high enough up to catch the breeze and for much of the time it is not needed. Two of the bedrooms have the stunning view - including the master bedroom which has its own entrance on to the patio both from the room and from the en suite bathroom. The property gets a full Sky service - including Sky films and there is a good selection of DVDs. This is a five star property. There were seven of us - and none of us wanted to leave (pretty well ever). Highly recommended. Nicholson July 08
