Casa Rozendoz is a modern, well equipped luxury villa with a private pool and is situated with a southerly aspect overlooking the local vineyards towards Moraira and the sea. The villa is situated on a large private plot with gardens of palms and fruit trees. The accommodation comprises 4 air conditioned bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 8 people (Max 6 adults), 3 shower rooms (2 en suite), large modern kitchen with large dining room to the side. The air conditioned lounge has 2 leather sofas and coffee table as well as a 42” plasma TV, DVD with surround sound, and a satellite system. Other areas include a sun balcony to the master bedroom, a shaded terrace with patio furniture, extensive pool patio area with external shower and WC. The villa is situated on the edge of the Sol Park area of Moraira with 4 restaurants/bars, deli, pharmacy, bank, 2 mini golf areas, tennis all within 5 mins walk. It is a level 1.3 km stroll to the centre of Moraira and the sandy beaches. Moraira is blessed with many good restaurants, cafes and bars with a cosmopolitan feel.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated approx. 1 hour from Alicante or 90 mins from Valencia airports, Moraira is on the coast between the resorts of Calpe and Javea. The Costa Blanca gets good all year round sunshine with temperatures ranging between 24*C May & October to +32*C in August, and is famed for it's sandy beaches. In the countryside nearby there is an abundance of orange, lemon, almond and olive groves, and plenty of quaint villages where a 3 course Menu del Dia can cost as little as €6. Within 30 minutes drive you can entertain yourself at the theme parks of Benidorm, play golf on any of the 6 courses nearby, or visit the picturesque village of Guadalest. There is a market for every day of the week within 30 minutes of Moraira with fresh produce, leather wear (paricularly shoes) and clothes being among the best of the bargains.
Moraira / Solpark area
Within 5 minutes walk are 4 restaurants/bars, tennis courts, 2 mini golf play areas, a bank, pharmacy and a locally renowned patisserie/ delicatessen, or just over a kilometre to the main town where you can find a whole host of traditional and international restaurants, bars, and shops. Close by you can also entertain yourself with golf, horse riding, go-karting, diving, snorkelling, sailing, jet skiing (in main season only) and walking.
Moors & Christians - one of the most spectacular fiestas on the costa takes place in June (normally the 3rd weekend)
July 14th-16th - Moraira village fiestas take part annually on these dates with spectacular fireworks displays (a must is the one to music on 15/07)

We would all like to say that the villa was lovely, the photos on the website do not do it justice. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The welcome pack was gratefully received, it meant that we could have a cuppa when we arrived quite late at night and there was breakfast for little mouths when yelled for early the next morning. There were enough sun loungers for everybody and the pool was big with plenty of space for everybody. Nigel and Ros are lovely people and were extremely helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us, even tracking down a hire car when it looked as if we wouldn’t find one big enough for us.
