It can sleep ip to 8 in comfort. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Large sitting room with fireplace and Sky TV, Video, DVD/CD and Hi fi. Separate dining room, leading on to terrace with Patio table and chairs sunshade and barbecue. Eight minutes from the town of Moraira, family beach, marina and restaurants. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 michelin guide rated and 3 michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops.
Moraira / Benimeit area
The area is ideal for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do.The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels.

Third bathroom plus a large family room which can be used as another sitting room/playroom. It has a portable TV for computer consoles (bring your own). A washing machine is provided.

It has table and chairs and a bed settee sleeping 2. Also TV for computer games. (bring your own console). Other rooms: 1/2 sitting rooms. Main sitting room having Sky TV. DVD/CD Hi-fi Stereo radio etc. The second one having a portable TV which can be used for computer games use (bring your own console) 1 separate dining room. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. There is a large shared pool for residents and guests only which is ideal for bored children to make friends. Not too busy even in high season as there are only 19 villas on the complex with a number of permanent residents who rarely use the pool. There is also a shower and cloakroom.

Further details outdoors: The very large Jacuzzi terrace has sun loungers. patio table and chairs etc. It is also big enough for sun loungers. Children love the Jacuzzi. It can be any temperature from 20 - 40 degrees. Great all the year round. Parking adjecent to the villa.

Deposit 25% of total. Saturday to Saturday changeover. Flexible in the low season. Car hire can be arranged from Murcia, Alicante or Valencia airports. Alicante is the nearest one. Smoking permitted on the terraces. No surcharges for heating or cleaning.
1-3 month rents available. Price on request.

We had a simply wonderful holiday in this lovely villa. Will be back. Derham. Third year in a row and we love it more every year. Wasn't sure about the shared pool aspect but the pool is lovely. Spend most of the time on the Jacuzzi terrace which is really large and the kids love it. McDonnell.
I am sure the fact that this villa has a shared pool puts some people off but it shouldn't. The villa and it's facilities make having a private pool the last on our list of requirments. The kids love the jacuzzi and make friends at the pool. The terrace is big enough for sunloungers and patio stuff. All I can say is see you again next year. (will be our third) Coley. Dear Coral We enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. I suppose that with four bedrooms the villa was too big for just the two of us, but I suspect that one has to go for at least two bedrooms in order to have the excellent kitchen/dining arrrangements that the villa offered.
