Casa Sofia is a large luxury privately owned villa in the area of El Alcazar Moraira. Not be confused with Alcazar near Rusty's. It has recently been rfurbished to a high standard. It is ideal for family holidays as the accommodation is bright and spacious. Approx 3 km from the beach, town centre and main shopping area. Set on a large corner plot with views across to the sea mountains and vineyards. South/South West facing. It sleeps 7 but is possible to add a sofa bed if required.The villa comprises of three bedrooms, one bathroom. One shower room, large living area with sitting dining room. Good sized, fully equipped newly fitted kitchen. Private pool in its own grounds. Sunbathing terrace, a garage and car parking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very beautifully decorated with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are close by.
The climate here is excellent and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely breathtaking.
Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
Moraira / Alcazar area
The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community.
Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas.

Some fly to Valencia.

Further details indoors: The villa has an entrance porch leading to the hallway. It has a large sitting/dining room with wood burning fire, Satellite TV, DVD etc. Door to the barbecue and eating terrace with stunning views of the valley vineyards and across to the sea. Separate kitchen with all mod cons, i.e. cooker, microwave, kettle toaster etc. also door to terrace. There is a washing machine and tumble drier provided. Three good size bedrooms, all tastefully furnished. A bathroom and shower room both having loo and washbasin. The master bedroom is on same level as the living area. Downstairs to the second bedroom having either a super king bed or two twins beds, which ever is prefered so ideal for another couple. Third bedroom sleeps three in single beds. It is possible to sleep another person on a sofa bed or a baby in a cot. Linen changed mid week on two or more week holidays. Child equipment can be hired.
Further details outdoors: Downstairs to the swimming pool terrace and garden. Shower. Sunloungers, Barbecue etc. Single garage plus parking for cars off road and also adjacent to the villa.

Beautiful villa. Interior as way beyond our expectations. Great views. In fact a super holiday all round. Soler. we had a super holiday Villa sophia was beautiful the view was breath taking the children enjoyed the pool in fact they only got out to have food. Our holiday was relaxing and we had some wonderful meals in moraira in fact we were spoilt for choice. Best thing: about Casa Sophia was getting out of bed in the mornings and looking at that beautiful view. Worst thing:coming home!!! Annette hughes. We are now home after spending a very pleasant week in Casa Sofia and Moraira. We were pleasantly surprised by both the villa and the area. The Dixons. 2008 Dear Coral We enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the privacy of the pool area(the weather was excellent) From what we saw around us not all properties offered the same quiet enjoyment. I suppose that with three bedrooms the villa was too big for just the two of us, but I suspect that one has to go for at least two bedrooms in order to have the excellent facilities that the villa offered.
