The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very beautifully decorated with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are close by.
The climate here is excellent and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely breathtaking.
Benidorm is about 25 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park. Also Benidorm Palace. Jalon Valley is 20 minutes away and worth a visit ot sample the wine.
Moraira / El Portet area
The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community.
Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas.
There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet from the town centre.
In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.
How to get there
Easy Jet. Bmi-baby, Thomsonfly, Monarch airways. First choice and Ryan air all fly to Alicante,
Some fly to Valencia.
Ferries from Plymounth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao.Euro tunnel to Calais.

The beautiful newly fitted modern kitchen with all the equipment one needs in todays society. Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave etc. A lovely large bright sitting room with cream settees, tables, lamps and Satellite TV, DVD/CD player. Dining room with a 2 metre table and chairs with wroght iron chandelier over.
An indoor centrally heated Naya similar a conservatory with sliding doors which has TV, DVD with sitting and a bed settee great for either winter or summer.
Further details outdoors: Beautiful views of the mountains and hills. which run down to the sea. The terrace has automatic awnings and a permanent child gate so children can't get to the pool unless you want them to. The villa is centrally heated and double glazed. Two Garages and parking. There are a few steps up to the villa and down to the pool but the villa it's self is on one level so good for mobile elderly. A built in BBQ is situated next to the Gazebo on the terrace.

Arrival after 4pm departure 10am. A car is required and can be organised on request. Long lets available during the winter months. Price on request.

Lovely villa. Pool was great. Super views. Chapman. We have never been to Moraira before but the town and the villa are both beautiful. Jones. Dear Coral We enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. I suppose that with three bedrooms the villa was too big for just the two of us, but I suspect that one has to go for at least two bedrooms in order to have the excellent kitchen/dining arrrangements that the villa offered. We liked the no nonsense way everything was arranged and we have you personally to thank for Harris 2008
