Casa Rustica is decorated in a simple mediterranean style - very cool! The plot is 1200 sq meters - very spacious! The gardens are fragranced with jasmines and have beautiful typical planting such as cyprus, pine, palm, olive and lemon trees.
A 10 minute walk in one direction will take you to a secluded bay to relax and swim. A 10 minute walk in the other direction will take you to a selection of shops, bars, restaurants & a supermarket. A 5 minute drive along the coast road in either direction will take you to numerous bays and beaches with bars & cafes & amazing views!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of Spain has so many different things to offer and so many places to visit or you could just do nothing and enjoy the sunshine!
Nearby towns are Teulada [5km], Javea [10km] and Denia [15km] to the north and Calpe [4km], Altea [10km] and Albir [15km] to the south.
Guadalest, a 40 minute drive inland. is also worth a visit. It is an extremely picturesque castle town with amazing old buildings perched high on the landscape.
The world famous designer Javier Arana created the Ifach Golf Club to be short and tricky with numerous obstacles. Many experienced golfers have remarked how deceptively difficult it really is! Other courses are: Javea Club de Golf Javea, Denia Club de Golf la Sella [27-hole course], Benidorm Real de Faula Golf Club and Oliva Nova Golf Club.

Moraira / Cap Blanc area
The pretty fishing village of Moraira is 2km drive along the lovely coast road that has several fabulous beach restaurants/bars along the way.
Moraira is free of high-rise development and package tourism and is a lovely small resort town surrounded by white-washed villas nestling in the pine clad foothills of the Marina Alta mountains and overlooking fine sandy beaches, calm seas and rocky coves.
Moraira has a lovely marina with elegant yachts and fishing boats catching fish daily and has Club Nautico offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The village also has a daily fish market, quaint churches, squares and back streets bursting with shops, bars, wonderful restaurants and a weekly market. There are markets in most towns all over the region which are filled with local produce and gifts to take home. Some are antique markets as well like Jalon on a Saturday morning.
There are numerous traditional and contemporary restaurants as well as trendy lounge bars to tempt you and here is a list of some of my personal favourites near the villa - Restaurants: The Olive Tree, algas beach bar, El Chamizo, El Pou, Refugio, Raco de L'Arros, Jasmine, Club Nautico, El Pescador, Le Dauphin, restaurant piscis, Pedramala I, Donkey Farm, La Solana (Alcalali), La Capetta (Altea square), Cafe Del Mar, various El Portet beach cafes along the promenade, Cala Baladra beach cafe and Cala Advocat seafront cafe. Bar: Karma lounge Moraira town.
The villa is 10 mins walk to the secluded beach Cala Punta Estrella located on the Cap Blanc peninsula, 5-10 minutes drive to the following selection of lovely local beaches: Cala L'Andrago, Platgetes, Plaja de L'Ampolla, Cala Baladra, Cala Advocat, Playa la Fustera and Cala Pinets.
Scuba diving is available locally with 3 main routes and a maximum of 20 meters depth.

The master bedroom has a large wooden double bed with mosquito net above. There are double doors leading out to the garden and pool with a sliding mosquito screen. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and mosquito nets on the windows
Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, large sink, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 2 has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, large sink, bidet and toilet. Bathroom 3 is a shower room with large sink and toilet and is next door to bedroom 3.
The bright dining/living room is decorated in a cool, simple mediterranean style with white walls, curtains and sofa throws. There are 2 sofas & a wicker chair, an open fireplace, TV, Satellite, DVD and CD players & 2 doors leading to a large terrace with views
The simple rustic kitchen compliments the villa beautifully! It has a SMEG cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger/cafetiere, a well stocked crockery cupboard and plenty of cutlery, saucepans etc. There is a washing machine situated separately on the side of the villa
Further details outdoors: The plot size is 1200 sq meters so feels very spacious
The large mediterranean garden is fragrant with jasmines and has bourgainvilleas, pine, palm, lemon and olive trees
There is an outdoor private shower, summer kitchen and washroom by the 8 x 4 metre private pool. All 3 terraces and the pool are secluded and not overlooked. There is a rustic brick built BBQ on the terrace by the pool and 3 sets of tables and chairs [wooden, metal and plastic!] on the 3 terraces with parasols. Additionally there are 6 sun loungers to relax on
A summer kitchen is situated next to the pool with sink, cooker and fridge. A separate toilet is also next to the pool
Conditions
The central heating is available via large gas bottles which are approx Euro35 each to be paid separately.

All prices are for the entire villa and gardens, private pool etc. per week. All bed linen and sets of bath towels are provided. PLEASE BRING BEACH TOWELS. The villa is thoroughly cleaned between each rental and a WELCOME pack is provided upon arrival including milk, tea, coffee and water.
Prices also include electricity, cooker gas, water, tea towels, hair dryer, pool and garden maintenance. There is a charge of £35 in the winter for the use of each large gas bottle for the central heating.
Additionally the villa has a lockable safe in the lounge.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance and a £200 refundable security deposit are then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure less any deductions for breakages or losses.
