Casa Mellini is a new, modern, luxurious villa, built to exceptionally high standards. The design is just perfect for family holidays. Open plan, light and airy, it is completely air conditioned and wonderfully comfortable. Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the fabulous Portet beach and it's famous bar/restaurants. It has lovely open views towards the portet peninsula. Walking distance town and beach , Luxury, internet , air-conditioned, immaculate, superior, UK TV package.
The kitchen, dining area and lounge open onto a lovely naya and pool terrace. To the right of the pool is an outside shower & BBQ area complete with fridge and sink.Parents can really keep an eye on the children here as the pool is just in front of the naya/lounge. The lounge itself is has TV with surround sound DVD/CD player. There are a good choice of English channels including BBC1, ITV, and Sky sports and films. The furnishings are of a very high standard to enhance the quality of the villa. ADSL is provided (lead required). The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and beautifully appointed en suite bathroom. It has french doors openly directly onto the pool terrace. The other bedrooms are twin bedded and there is a family shower room in between. The gardens have been professionally designed and planted with mature Mediterrean trees and shrubs. There are a few steps up to the villa entrance, then everything is on the one level.There is a car port. Many find it difficult to pull themselves away to the excellent Blue Flag beaches and waterfront of Moraira(about 1km).

Activities If the beach isn't your thing, then there are plenty of other things to do. That is, assuming you can pull yourself away from your luxury villa!
The local shops and night market offer a really excellent choice of quality clothes, gifts and keepsakes. There is a fairground, especially suitable for young children, a fabulous Go Karting circuit, for all ages, a tennis club and three nightclubs. Also nearby are three golf courses, horse riding, and water sports centres.
The larger resorts of Javea, Denia and Calpe are all within a half hour drive. Benidorm is also well within reach. Here you will find all the children's favourites- Terra Mítica Theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Animal Kingdom, with its world famous dolphin show.
If countryside and mountain tops are what you seek, then within 40 minutes you can be witnessing the breathtaking views at Guadalest or at the summit of the Sierra Bernia. Also, in just over one hour, you could be in Valencia, Spain's beautiful underestimated 3rd city.

Moraira / El Portet area
Moraira Originally a small fishing village, Moraira has grown into an ideal holiday retreat of perfect proportions, retaining much of its original character and atmosphere. It has attractive and colourful main streets, a picturesque Marina and wonderful blue flag sandy beaches. The choice of restaurants and bars are just too many to sample in one holiday. There are seven recommended by Michelin (three with stars) and a huge variety of others to suit all budgets. The combination of terraced vineyards, wonderful mountains and blue sea, combine to make this an area of spectacular beauty.
10 mins walk to the supermarket /newsagent and restaurants at El Portet Just 15 minute walk into Moraira town centre. Diving, Sailing, watersports all nearby.

This added feature is just great for families who may wish to holiday together but maintain some privacy. Great for the grandparents, or maybe for young adults who can come and go independently. Except for July & August this apartment is just an optional extra. If you choose not to use it, we will not let it to any other party. The villa and grounds are exclusively for the use of the main house client.

The Villa: Absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a family holiday, very child friendly. Lovely pool and BBQ area. There is absolutely nothing to put a finger on. Moraira:Fantastic. What an atmosphere. The fact that there is NO (I mean zero) hotels in the village is amazing. Can we all just say what a really lovely place this is and how much we enjoyed our stay. There is always a danger that web sites look better than the real thing only on this occasion it was not true. It really is a luxury villa and the area was very quiet and peaceful which suited us perfectly. It was little touches like the provision of beach deck chairs and parasol, along with a toy box for the children which were much appreciated. Also the availability of internet access was a real bonus and also English TV, especially whilst the Olympics were on it was nice to sometimes come into the cool villa from the hot sun.Many thanks again for everything, it was a special holiday we shall all treasure. - The Marshall family Aug 08
