Luxurious, newly built apartments with modern design, located just a few metres away from the beach, shops and restaurants, in the town of Moraira.
The different types of apartments we offer are:
•MEDIUM APARTMENT (Sleeps 4/6): With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room, kitchen and furnished balcony. The master bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has bunk beds and some apartments have a sofa bed in the living room. Please ask us for availability of medium apartments with a sofa bed.
•LARGE APARTMENT (Sleeps 6): With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room, kitchen and furnished balcony. Both bedrooms have two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room.
•PENTHOUSE (Sleeps 6) : These are located on the top floor, and have a larger balcony then other apartments. As well as this they have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room and kitchen. There are 2 single beds in the master bedroom, a bunk bed in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
As well as this ALL apartments are equipped with:
•Balconies with great views of the pool or the town centre, furnished with a table, 4 chairs and some have sunloungers, subject to availability.
•Kitchen containing all kitchen ware.
•Bed linen and towels
•Air conditioning and central heating in every room

The apartments are only 200m from the sand beach and yacht club! As well as having a vast array of cafés, bars and restaurants on the beach front and in the centre. The apartments are close enough to walk, but far enough t avoid the noise,
The apartments are newly built and provide new and comfortable furniture, as well as being decoarated in a modern and luxurious style the apartments all include everything you will need to live comfortably for the length of your stay, including a washing machine and iron.
Renting the apartments is a direct deal with the property owners, cutting out the middle man, and allowing easy contact with us if any problems were to occur. On top of this, there is an ON SITE RECEPTION open throughout the day to help you with any questions or queries you might have on your apartment or the surrounding areas.
All of this guarentees a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us, without any worries!

The complex includes a lovely, green landscaped zone, play area for children and an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a reception on the first floor of the complex, with helpful staff, who speak many languages, giving great tourist advice on local services and leisure activities.
A wide range of shops (fashion, souveniers etc) supermarkets, restaurant, cafés and bars only metres away!
There is also the possibility of safe underground parking in the complex for 60€ per week.

Apartments are avaliable to rent during the entire year. During July and August, rental periods must be full weeks with check in and check out on Saturdays.
During the rest of the year in all other months, shorter lengths of stay are avaliable, and check in and check out times and dates are TOTALLY FLEXIBLE!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


As well as being able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Moraira, its fantastic location places it within easy driving distance of Valencia; the THIRD largest city in Spain. Here you can visit the wonderful Museum of Arts and Sciences with beautiful architecture outside, and unmissable things to see inside.
You can also visit the new and modern sport installations constructed for the America's Cup; or take a boat trip for an exciting view of Valencia. With so many options for you to choose from and experience, it is guaranteed that you will leave with great memories of Valencia.
Even nearer, you must not miss Terra Mitica, one of the best theme parks in Europe, with incredible attractions and shows.
There is also the Vergel Safari Park close by, where you can discover the marvels of the animal kingdom in a unique environment: with 35 hectares that provide habitats for 1400 animals of 145 different species.
The Moraira / Club Moraira area
Moraira is a quiet town in Costa Blanca, located in an old fishing enclave and loading port for raisins produced in Teulada. Its charm lies in the town´s ability to maintain the character of a traditional fishing port whilst still growing into a perfect location for tourism. Proof of this can be seen in the fish auction which takes place from Tuesday to Sunday.
With 8km of coastline, visitors have the possibility of swimming at fine sand beaches, or in tranquil coves, all of which are of a high quality, certified by the "Blue Flag" scheme of the European Community.
Taking a trip along the coast we find La Cala, a small, rocky, uncrowded beach, with crystal-clear waters.
Travelling by boat, you can sail around the cape (Cap d'Or) until you reach Portet Beach, a small shell-shaped inlet of crystaline waters which provide a truly beautiful backdrop for a relaxing swim.
The Telaudine countryside offers beautiful views, it is characterised by its hills, terraced vineyards and green pines which are scattered over the entire town. Moraira proudly conserves its historical and cultural heritage, language, traditions, folklore, celebrations and structure to delight visitors.
Things to do in Moraira:
The coast of Moraira is excellent for getting started with water sports such as sailing or scuba-diving, with a sports club boasting 600 mooring points for sailing enthusiasts. Its yacht club offers a wide range of leisure and relaxation activities, which have become some of the main focuses of local social life. It's a total paradise for sea lovers.
And from the sea to the green, near by in Benissa, you can "give it your best shot" in the Golf Club of Lfach, where you can also play tennis or swim in the pool. There is such a wide range of options within an easy reach.

Our apartments are located on the corner of Avenida de Madrid, 24, Moraira, 03724, Teulada, Spain.
There is a sign on the apartments that reads "Viviendas Jardín".
It is approximately an hour away from Alicante airport, by car. Transfers and airport shuttles are available, or if you plan to drive, precise directions can be found easily via google maps.
The journey follows the AP-7 north from the airport, exit onto the n332 north for a short time, and exit right at CV-740 and then follow the road signs for Moraira.
There are car rental services at Alicante airport, companies such as Avis, Alamo and many more.

The apartment in Moraira was fabulous, ideally situated to walk comfortably to the Marina and restaurants and shopping area's. The apartment was comfortable with all amenities provided and would definitely recommend and use again ourselves.

- 10% DISCOUNT is applied to all apartment prices if you want to stay for 2 WEEKS or more
- 20% DISCOUNT is applied to all apartment prices if you want to stay for 4 WEEKS or more
For all bookings, a payment of 30% of the total price must be paid during the reservation process, to confirm your place. The other 70% must be paid no later then 15 days before your check in date.
If a booking is made within 15 days of the start of your stay with us, you must pay 100% of the price during the reservation process.
Car park space: 60 €/week or 10 €/day
