The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The beautiful sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are 5 and 15 minutes away respectively by car. Moraira has lovely bars, restaurants and exclusive shops. Calpe with its busy town and glorious beaches is only 5kms away.
Valencia is hosting the 32nd Americas Cup in 2007, the first time this classic sailing race will have been held in Europe. The dates of the various races are:

Sailing will take place very close to the shoreline so spectators will be able to follow the action from the beach and breakwater with good viewing capacity for over a million persons. All along the Costa Blanca coast the local marina facilities have been upgraded and extended to allow for the cavalcade of yachts and boats which will be ‘invading’ the ‘white coast’.

Valencia 1¼ hours drive. Jalon Valley 30 minute drive (famous for wine). Guadalest Approx 1 hour drive (famous monastery)
Local supermarket and bank 5 minute drive. Wide selection of restaurants in Moraira town approx 8-10 drive. Terra Mitica Theme park and Aqualandia water park, Terra Natura and Mundomar at Benidorm. Gata de Gorgos, Guadalest with it's old Monastry. Close to Guadalest is Les Fonts de L'Algar (Algar waterfalls). Golf Ifach 9 hole course with excellent facilities and restaurant approx 5km driving. 18 hole course in Javea approx 10km driving. Also the beautiful new 18 hole course at Benidorm.

Interim linen change if required £100. A discount is available for sole occupancy part rental of the accommodation (6 people).
Changeover day Changeover day Saturday. Arrival 4pm, Depart by 10am. Some flexibility changeover day may be possible.

Booking notes 500 euro deposit to secure booking, balance plus 500 euro security charge and 100€ final clean payable 8 weeks prior to let. The security deposit will be refunded accordingly upon inspection of the villa for damages/breakages and values for breakages/damage if any deducted from the deposit.
