Casa Iris Have you always wanted to know what it would be like to live in a super deluxe villa? Then this is your chance! Casa Iris is the place for a real dream holiday. Everything is brand new (the villa was completed in 2007) and offers every imaginable thing you can think of to make for an unforgettable holiday. The house is a complete luxury. From the large bathrooms to the modern kitchens. And you have lots of fabulous space. Inside as well as outside. The sun shines abundantly on all of the terraces the whole day long. Just like at the large private swimming pool. You can have a wonderful barbecue there in the evenings at the outdoor kitchen.
You have your own carport and a large piece of surrounding ground so there is complete privacy. Unless of course you stay with two families. The villa is certainly big enough! There is even ADSL so if the children want to MSN with friends back home or if you have to (unfortunately) keep in touch with what’s happening at the office, then that’s not a problem. And would like to enjoy more than the fantastic view over the green pine trees (you can also see a tad of sea) to the fisherman’s port Moraira? Then the sea is just 800 meters and the beach 3 kilometres away. Lovers of luxury, space and tranquillity will be disappointed that the holiday in Casa Iris can’t last forever…

Golf and other features We are ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 10 minutes away. A 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, has superb views of Montgó dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 65). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.35 minutes) new course at Oliva (18-holes, designed by Ballesteros) & south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler. OTHER FEATURES: The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park; website available on request) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing in this beautiful city.

Not included: - bed linen and towels ad € 8,- per person; - obligatory final cleaning of the accommodation € 150,-; - gas and electricity according to usage/readings (gas € 14 per 1% in case of a gas tank; € 0.18 per kWh).
Booking conditions 1. Requests for reservation can be made by writing, telephone, via e-mail or in person at the booking agency. Upon receipt of the down payment on our account (30% of the total due) your booking becomes definite. 2. The balance of the total owed must be received by the lessor within 28 days before the start of the rental period. After notice has been served, late payment can lead to the lessor cancelling the contract; money paid until then will not be refunded. 3. Any booking made within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period will have to be paid in full immediately as will be any required safety deposit. 4. A safety deposit may be required of € 300,-. 5. The safety deposit will be fully refunded 8 days after expiration of the rental period. However in the case of damage to or neglect of the property, the lessor will pay such costs out of the safety deposit. Breakage, loss or damage as such need to be reported immediately to the lessor. 6. Families and/or a maximum amount of 6 adults have our preferences. 7. Until 60 days prior to its start, the tenant may cancel the rental contract by written statement. At least 30% of payment on account will remain with the lessor. Any cancellation within these 60 days prior to the start of its rental period, will result in full payment being due to the lessor. 8. In case of force majeur, war, strikes, or natural catastrophe, the lessor can cancel the booking. Any payment made will be fully refunded.
