We returned to Moraira as a couple in 2013 following a villa holiday with the family last year. We wanted to stay nearer the town, and this apartment fits the bill perfectly. It is only a short stroll to the town, with it's many bars, shops, restaurants and Marina. The main town beach is 200 metres away, it is large and sandy with plenty of amenities. The beautiful cove of El-Portet is a walkable 1.5 km away, although we took our car as there is plenty of free parking.
The apartment is part of a residential block, with a friendly concierge/gardener/handyman and is kept very clean and in good repair. There is air-conditioning in the living area, ample wardrobe space for 2 people, a comfortable double bed (and sofa bed in the lounge if required) however 4 adults would be a squeeze due to the limited space in the shower/WC room, which is the only thing that prevents us from marking this apartment as "excellent".
There is a large communal swimming pool which is very clean, and a well maintained children's play area in the garden which is overlooked by the balcony which extends the full length of the apartment.
We had no problem finding the way to the apartment and the owner met us outside. She is very friendly and welcoming and we would have no hesitation in booking again.
