About the home

The villa is set in the best kept urbanisation in the costa blanca,and includes tennis court, mini golf, 2 large pools ( 1 for kids), pool bar, kids swing park, excellent shop and restaurant. The villa has 3 terraces ( all south facing, a lovely shady naya ( covered terrace ), BBQ area on the terrace next to the pool, state of the art salt water pool ( no, you cant taste the salt ), which is so kind to the skin and eyes, size 9.5m x 4.5m.The plot is totally private, surrounded by walls and hedges with lockable gates to ensure complete privacy and security. There is on site parking for 3 cars.

Deposite payable to our local managers of £150 ( refundable within 3 weeks of departure )
20% dep payable on acceptance of booking, the rest is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior must be paid in full to secure the booking.
A final cleaning of the villa will be chargeable depending on its condition at the time of departure and will be deducted from the deposit. This will normally be between £60 to £80.
When your booking is confirmed you will receive an information pack with all the necessary details inc directions, info on key collection and reception details.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Alicante, which means city of light is just that. The summer months have a justified record of idyllic weather and warm balmy nights.
It is an area that suits all tastes. You can have total relaxation, mountain walks, water sports, beaches or poolside R and R.
The area is lush with orange groves, olive groves, palm trees and all the other exotic flora and fauna that you would expect of a mediteranian climate.

The Moraira / Villotel area

Moraira is full of shops, bars , restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. There are local markets and craft fairs often open in the evenings. Ther are many summer festivals in both moraira ( we can give you web sites to use if you wish ) and other nearby towns. There are tennis courts, water sports, riding stables, go-carting and many other activities, AND of course many beaches large , medium and small all around.
There are also bigger attractions if you wish within 30 mins drive at Benidorm such as Terra MIttica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Sealife Park and a safari park all within 30 mins drive.

Flights are available from most british airports to both Alicante ( 45 mins drive away ) and Valencia (75 mins away ) Murcia airport also serves the region and is only 30 mins beyond Alicante.
There are numerous car hire companies that can be used and all have airport pick up points.

“A super villa” I can't believe that no one has posted a review on this villa before as we stayed here in 2009 and found it a lovely villa to stay in. The facilities were lovely and suited the whole family although we sometimes found it a bit crowded in the kitchen! The largest bedroom with en suite was great for my daughter, her partner and the baby, with a crib supplied, and it leads directly onto the terrace so baby naps were not problem at all. The pool was lovely as were the areas around it and there was even enough shaded area for those in our party who needed it. The villa is totally enclosed making it safe for those with children.
