The Villa Ground floor access is via a locked gated entrance for the top floor level and at road side parking area, you can walk right into your front door, leading to the Hall, bathroom, bedroom. The double bedroom is fitted with a new queen size double bed and built in fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with bath and shower over, utility room with washing and air dryer installed.
From the new open plan fitted American Kitchen, leads on to the well planned family room with 2 new sofas, one being a sofa bed. You have a separate dining room for seating up to 6, open and closed sunny terrace all day with a sea view.
The Villa location is in a ideal for the whole family to enjoy, located in one of the most sought after locations in Cumbre Del Sol Resort.
The Villa sits in a area of natural beauty and tranquility with super views you can walk to are all around you.
You are just a few minutes easy walking distance to the new Lirios Shopping Plaza where you can visit the tapas and Irish bars and Junes famous Shan Hai family Restaurant, you can try her mouth watering menu of the day a good main three course meal for just 6.25 € and thats including wine, water or a cool beer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
You will be in the Northern Province of Alicante in the Costa Blanca, the area is dominated by its famous mountain ranges of Mt Montgo known locally as the "elephant trunk" and protects the area from the northerly winds, you can see the back drop of this mountain and all the ranges valleys including the famous Calpe Rock from the top of Cumbre Del Sol.
BENITACHELL which sits proudly around the corner from Moraira this is truly a small village it self is unashamedly 'Spanish' with town hall and its tiny roads leading up hill to the famous Church land mark with its beaming flood lights shinning at night away towards the 'Cumbre' as the locals say.
You can visit the village market on Wednesdays for your fruit and veg Spanish style and again on Friday in Moraira.

How to get there
Fly Direct from all major airports to Alicante/Valencia/Murcia.
Take the main AP7 (E15) motorway heading north from Alicante towards Benidorm/Calpe/Benissa
Turn off at exit 63 pay at the toll booths 5.25 € and continue towards Tuelada/Moraira.

Conditions
A none refundable 20% pre-reservation deposit is required on booking, with the rental balance due to be paid 8 weeks prior to arriving in Spain.
A £40 end final cleaning charge is payable on vacating the property to gether with a bath towel and bed linen charge of £8.50 per person per stay.
A refundable security key deposit of £150 is required on hand over of the property keys, and a short term holiday rental contract agreement is required and needed to be signed in Spain.
Proof of ID is also required ie passport copy, utility bill.
