Home description
The Villa You & Me is situated in a "Cul de sac" street in a quiet residential area. From the "Cul de Sac" road you turn into the road towards the Cala Advocat bay rocky, little rocky beach within only 250 meters distance, with "El Cantalar"- the 47 meters high cliff, that just take the breath away. You can also go fishing there, take a boat trips or just take a walk. There is also a little beachcafe at the bay. Two restaurants, supermarket, bank with a cash machine and hairdresser are all not more than 300 meters from the Villa You & Me
Two more rocky bays - Cala Baladrar and Cap Blanc are approximate 2.8 - 3.5 km away. The beautiful sandy La Fustera Bay is 2.5 km away. The main beach of Moraira- La Ampolla- with promenade is not more then 4 kilometers to go. Picturesque sandy beach of El Portret is within 6.5 km distance, the two nice sandy beaches of Calpe are not further than 6 km.
The other supermarkets are: Pepe la Sal is about 2 km away- as well as other professional services (surgery, etc.) Most of the other shops, cafes, bars, restaurants are also situated there.
This pretty, cozy house consists of two apartments: the upper apartment on the first floor is available for up to max. of 6 people (that you are looking at now) and the lower apartment avaliable for up to max. of 3 people (home offer number 25697), both for rent for max. 9 people, best for fiends or family.
The pool, sunny terrace and lower apartment are one the one level, the stairways leads from the sunny terrace to the upper apartment.
Pool, terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue is surrounded by flowers, pine trees and the large palm tree, you can see the sea shimmer through them.
You have a nice view to the part of the Cala Advocat (Cala Abogat) bay from the first floor. You can reach the Cala Advocat bay is able to reach after five minutes of relaxing walk.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is really bright, white sunlight offers something for everyone. There is one of the most beautiful coastline offering lovely beaches, tenis clubs, golf clubs, marinas and yacht clubswith impressive mountain ranges.
As stated by the World Health Organisation this part of the Costa Blanca is known to be one of the healthiest places in the world. With a temperate climate and an average of 320 days of sunshine it ie easy why poeple return year after year. The Costa Blanca is a perfect all year around holiday destination. Its popularity can be judged by large number of visitors who return year after year.
Moraira / Buenavista Benissa area
Benissa and Moraira are ideally situated between a coast with baeutiful sandy and rocky beaches and the Bernia mountains. There are no large and high hotels, na packages tours and no noisy night clubs - you can find them in Calpe (10 km from Villa You & Me). It is simply a small yet busy town with many shops, restaurants (also with seafood), surrounded by whitewashed villas.
This region of Spain is famous for its colourful festivals, fiestas and markets. One of the biggest is The Moors and Christians Fiesta in 2nd week in June. In Moraira on the 1st Monday after Easter is San Vicente Ferrer Fiesta and on 23rd June is Noche de St. Juan (Night of the Saint John).
There are regular markets in towns of the Costa Blanca:
Cheap flights to Alicante, Valencia or Murcia are from most airports of Europe. You find them here: www.whichbudget.com. There is no problem to find properly cheap flights from: norwegian.no, easyJet, airberlin, ThomasCook, veuling.com, bmibaby.com, TUIfly.com, flybe, ryanair.
The nearest airport is Alicante airport - "El Altet", located 90 km from the Villa you &me. You can also use Valencia airport - "Manises" (110 km) and Murcia airport - "San Javier" (160 km).
When you need to rent a car you can use: Centauro Car Hire, National Atesa Car, Hertz, Auriga Car Hire, Sol Mar Rent A Car, all in the airports, and in Moraira: Frank's Rent A Car.
As far as the communication system is concerned, we can say Benissa and Moraira are perfectly easy to get to as there is an AP-7 toll motorway exit 63 Benissa/Moraira leading to the 332 main road. Explicit details of exactly how to reach Villa You & Me will be provided at time of booking.

Further details indoors: The apartment (about 100 sq. m. = 120 sq. y.) is on the first floor and consists of:
- first bedroom with king size bed, large built-in closet with 4 doors in the old Valencian style, mobile fan, large safe, 1 door with part window glass and mosquito protection.
- second bedroom king size bed, wooden closet, one toilet with washbasin and floor unit en suite,
- becouse of the size of bedroom, livingroom there is possibilty to put two more attachment beds,
- one bathroom with bath and shower with Old Valencian style tiles and hair dryer , toilet and washbasin.
- large living room, close to kitchen, which is decorated in an Old Valencian style with matching wooden furniture and panoramic view over the bay.
You can also enjoy tv sat. and dvd/cd palyer
Wirelss internet (high speed) connection is also avaliable, so you can connect with your own computer whenever you want, even while sunbathing.
The laundry with a washing machine room is separated outside with clothline. Iron and ironing board are inside.
There is also possibility to use a vacuum cleaner.
Dining room is also decorated in an Old Valencian style with very unprecendented ceiling with a wooden joist with a spiral layout and open stoned fireplace, it has a mobile fan and classing air- conditioning as well.
The kitchen is also in Old Valencian style, fully equipped with fridge/freezer,microvawe,oven, toaster, coffe maker, kettle, dishes, cups, pots and pans - everything you need to became a professional cook.
On the terrace there is a summer kitchen with stone bench and table as well as barbecue aside, swimming pool 8x4m with loungers and sun umbrellas. It is pretty much out of view, so if you like your pirvacy, you will love the place. Ther is no garden but the slope is planted with cactuses and bushes and on the neighbouring properties grow many trees, property is enclosed and not visible from the street.
This is one of the places you will remember as a really pleasant and relaxing one.
If you are driving the parking space is also provided for each of the apartaments.

1. Golf Club de Ifach with restaurant and bar is located in beautiful place with mountain and sea view only 2 km from Villa You & Me (urb. San Jaime). This is a 9 hole, par 60 of 3,728 yards. This is a large swimming pool, tennis courts.
2. Javea Club - nestling in the valley between Moraira and Javea. A 9 hole par 72 of 6,641 yards. This all-year round club has superb views of the El Montgo mountain and has been attractively planted and lanscaped around the greens. It has heated swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, club bar and a retaurant. It is 5 km from Villa You & Me.
Horse Riding: Club Hipico Benissa (Horse Riding Club) which is located 10 km away.
Diving Centre:
1. Scuba Moraira - Dive Centre, 2. Mermaid - Diving Centre, both in Moraira
Tennis:
1. Club de Tennis "Buenavista" is located not more than 500 meters from Villa You & Me. An oasis for tennis lovers, off the coastal road, informal tennis club that is very friendly and welcoming
2. Club de Tennis "Sol Park" in Moraira offers five courts, as well as mini-golf and other facilities.

Christmas 2009, New Year's Holiday 2009/2010 - rate is GBP 255 per week for the apartment (for 4 poeple) per week..
As you send the booking form, you will recieve a confirmation email with the account number (in Spanish bank), to which you will have to transfer 25% of total amount to confirm your booking. The exact amount (of the total cost and pre-payment will be given in a confirmation email). When you do that, then we are sure that your booking is valid. The next payment is to be made not later then 10 week before the arrival is due and covers the left 75% of the cost.
We also required a security deposit of 200 Euros (150 GBP) paid in on arrival day. This will be returned to you on the leaving day in total unless there are any damages or any kind of additional work need to be done. Just like you, we hope that we will never need to use it, and we will be happy to return it in total.
