This property has just been renovated to high standards and completed in june 2012. Offering a 2 bedroomed bungalow which sleeps 4 people. Comprising of a spacious lounge with satellite TV, Fitted kitchen with a brand new cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Master bedroom, with a double bed and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. Fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. Fans in both bedrooms. Hairdryer.

This bungalow is ideal for those looking for a quiet relaxed location, but within easy reach of the supermarkets, shops bars and restaurants. FANTASTIC SEA VIEWS LOOKING OVER EL PORTET.

The outside of casa marina,it has extensive gardens that are,easliy maintained,the grounds have been covered with gravel for maintainance means,it has a 8m x 4m pool and plenty of room for bbqs and sunbathing.

Casa Marina is located in the picturesque region of the Valle of Portet. Valle of Portet is situated at the back of El Portet, about 3/4 of a mile before Cumbre del sol. Moraira. The climate from May to October is between 26 & 35 degrees. For the energetic individuals, the shops are only a 20 minute walk away, however there is a slight incline for those who want to keep themselves fit.

"Good but beds need to be improved"

With so much choice available in spain in general and this area particularly I would not recommend this villa to friends but we did have a good time.
The positioning of the villa is next to a relitively quite road but there are trucks regularly using the road to get to the neighbouring community and the drive way gate which goes straight into the road didn't close.
The shops are close by including a very well stocked supermarket with a great fresh fish section. The beach is a 4k drive away and the town and beach of Moraira are absolutely lovely with a reasonable selection of restaurants.
The villa itself is adequate for 2-4 people with a clean and well positioned pool. Being a new to market villa there was very little there so t was necessary to buy everything needed from salt and pepper through to a lilo for the pool but this was of little consequence.
The one major issue with the property is the size and quality of the beds. The 'double' bed in the master bedroom was not a standard double and my legs hung over the end considerably and it was lumpy and very soft. We abandoned this room entirely after the first night, The two single beds in the oher room were better but still not great. We also had a major issue with mosquitos and nets on the windows have been bunged with tissue paper and need to be replaced.
We were left to our own devises and had a great time while we were there but we slept badly pretty much every night.

Its a pity you did not mention your concerns from the start of your stay as being the owner located within 5 minutes of the villa i could and would have rectified each concern. Please note: as a matter of health and safety we would never provide condiments of any kind and would always expect the housekeeper to remove anything left from previous guests. The driveway gate does not open onto the road which would violate Spanish road safety laws. It is an easy 'Drag back on its self' gate and we can only assume that maybe a stone was jammed on the runner. The master bedroom double bed is standard and of adequate comfort for 7-14 nights stay. It is difficult to please everybody regarding comfort of beds as some like it hard while others prefer soft. The area is very quiet most of the time day and night and of course you will get the occasional vehicle passing by the back road. This is universal unless you are on an island with just one building on it. Unfortunately we are not a holiday camp and don't provide pool toys or activities for our guests and like to leave them to their own devises. Most guests like to buy toys at the local beach which is two minutes down the road. All the windows are draped in Moroccan linen fabric which is nice and light but good for blocking sunlight.
