This beautiful Spanish style bungalow is situated in a quite residential area of Moraira with the most fantastic views but with the added advantage of being close to all amenities. It is ideal for small families or couples looking for the perfect holiday. The property is furnished to a high standard and the outside patio's have furniture and sun lounger's.

Moraira is both ideal for families looking for the ideal holiday destination, safe blue flag beaches, reasonably priced restaurants and a wealth of things to do. You can either 'chill out' or take the children to Theme Parks Tennis, Horse Riding, water sports, crazy golf or just visiting many of the beautiful blue flag beaches close by., other sports include walking, climbing, cycling and of course golf, of which there excellent courses both at Javea (9 hole, par 72 and 3035 metres and La Sella Golf Club near the village of Jesus Probre l8 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. These are private members clubs and open to the public. The World Health Organisation has identified the norther n Costa Blanca as having as near to an ideal climate as possible making it suitable for all year round visiting.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The town of Moraira was originally a small fishing village but is now boasts excellent restaurants, tapas bars and many exclusive shops. The are no high rise hotels, therefore there are not any package tours in Moraira. This is an exclusive holiday resort much changed over the recent years to provide excellent facilities for your enjoyment.


How to get there

Fly to Alicante or Valencia airports then take the A7/E15 motorway junctions 63 or 64 and then the road to Moraira either via Calpe or Teulada.Competetive airport transfers avaliable.

The comfortable lounge/ dining area is suitable for four adults sharing, the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a family bathroom for further guests. Ceiling fans are placed in all bedrooms and also mosquito protection blinds are at all windows. Television is available with Sky/BBCITV and all channels there is also and DVD player.,. An open log fireplace adds to the atmosphere in those cooler months Arrivals/ departures are flexable but as a rule the house is available after 2 pm on arrival and please vacate at 10.30am on day of departure. (This applies to Peak periods only.) bedding and towels are provided, as also is welcome pack of tea, coffee, water,bisuits on arrival.

The house is in an ideal situation to catch the all year round sun., with the added advantage of a very private garden/patio. The naya/balcony with panoramic views and magnificent sunsets is ideal with that evening glass of vino. Parking is available close to the house.
