Casa Las Vinas is a superb spacious family home with all the amenities of a modern villa. It is the perfect holiday getaway for a large group or two families wishing to holiday together but with some degree of privacy. In the area of Baladra Moraira. Within walking distance of restaurants supermarket and the beach at Baladra. The villa has beautiful extensive landscaped gardens. Parking for 3 or 4 cars. Large private swimming pool. The main house has 3 bedrooms a full bathroom and shower room. Master bed & 2 twin bedrooms. Fully fitted kitchen with walk in pantry. Off the kitchen a lovely courtyard with BBQ and gate to gardens. Large sitting room with plenty of seating.TV (60' smart) DVD etc. Dining room area walking out to the beautiful gazebo overlooking Calpe Rock the sea and beautiful gardens.

Main house: Entrance to large driveway through electronic gates. The front door takes you into a hallway. Walking into the fully fitted kitchen with granite tops. American fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave electric oven and hob. Walk in pantry. French doors lead to courtyard with wood table and bench seating. A large bright lounge/dining room with plenty of seating, plus quiet corner for reading. Fireplace and Satellite TV. DVD. Dining table and chairs. Walking out to one of the many terraces, gazebo free standing BBQ and swimming pool which is 15 x 3 m. Wrought iron stair case leading up to the large master bedroom having air conditioning and ceiling fan with 6 ft. bed. Full wall of wardrobes. Patio doors to balcony over looking the gardens pool and view of Calpe Rock and the sea. Master bathroom which is all in marble and having walk in shower. Ground floor level has a twin bed room with adjacent shower room. Cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Second stairs up to further twin bedroom with own balcony.

Apartment: With external access from the garden level there is a separate self-contained apartment with lounge/diner and an American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a sofa (can be turned into a bed) and rattan style chairs and a portable TV with DVD player. A small lobby leads to a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and a double bedded room also with fitted wardrobes. The separate shower room has walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Gardens: Outside are stunning grounds ideal for relaxing or playing bat and ball games.

Manicured gardens and stepped terraces with rustic tiles leading to a lawned area and orchard beyond. There is also an ornate fish pond and Pétanque area. At the end of the swimming pool is a covered seating area. Sun loungers, various tables and chairs.

25% deposit of total amount due on booking. Followed by the balance and a returnable £300 key/damage bond paid 8 weeks before the booking. Sunday to Sunday change over preferred but negotiable. Returnable key guarantee of £350. Pay PAL taken on request. Current charges apply.

Cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation more than eight weeks from the arrival date your 25% deposit will be forfeited but the balance not paid. If the owner cancels you will be offered alternative accommodation first. If this is not suitable a refund of either the deposit or in full if the total balance has been paid

The Valenciana region

Las Vinas is a short walk to the local beach at Baladrar, shops, supermarket and various bar and restaurants. It is a five minute drive to Moraira town and its golden sandy beaches and full amenities. Moraira which was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building and the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are many beaches. One is in the town & anther one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Calpe 15 minutes & Benidorm 25 minutes drive away with the theme and water parks . Alicante Airport is one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours away.

Estamos encantados de que te gustaba la villa y todo lo que tenía que ofrecer. Es muy hermoso.

Desconocido para nosotros, nuestra familia reservamos vuelos desde el Reino Unido durante la misma semana en que, sin la consulta de nosotros, pensando que sería una sorpresa. No era más que por las razones equivocadas. No fue posible cancelar 8 vuelos así que no tuvimos más remedio que cancelar su reserva.
Estábamos tan apenada como tú. Como usted ha mencionado esto pasó 3 meses antes de las vacaciones y en los términos y condtions le avisan y te offerd alojamiento alternativo o un reembolso completo del depósito. La balanza no se había pagado en ese momento. Viniendo de Madrid como usted lo hace, usted decidió trasladar sus vacaciones a la semana siguiente, por lo que el problema se resolvió. Esta cuestión nunca se levantará de nuevo por razones obvias, los huéspedes así futuras no tienen motivos para estar preocupados.

La casa fue alquilada durante todo el verano y todos nos encantó la casa y todo lo que se ofrecen también
