This 2 storey villa is 2 min walk to the new shopping centre in Cumbre del Sol with bars and shops. upstairs is master bedroom next to shower and WC, washing machine is in a cupboard next to front door. there's a huge 25m2 fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people. dish washer microwave etc. downstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower and WC. and a door that leads to the sun terrace and private pool 8x4m a bar with table and chairs 4 sun lounges,sky tv ,optics and an ice machine ideal for those hot days..
the villa is a 10 min drive to pictureque Moraira with its beautiful beaches and marina. Javea golf course is 5 min drive.

No smoking allowed except in the bar or outside terraces. all the glasses in the bar are non breakable please do not use any glass near the pool. use only the glasses provided.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are various restaurants and theme parks nearby, horse trekking, go-Karts great for all ages. Terra Mitica next to Benidorm 25 min drive. Closer to home there is scuba diving, fishing and golf all with 10 min drive. The local shops are walking distance. There is a Spanish bar and tapas, Irish bar and Chinese restaurant, also a 24 hr ATM.
The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Cumbre del Sol has its own small secluded beach 2 min drive from the villa. Moriara's beautiful beach is 10 min drive, perfect for the whole family.

From alicante airport, head north on the E15 motorway to Valencia, take exit 63 (benissa turn off), folow the signs to Teulada, then follow the signs to moraira, 2 km from moraira there's a roundabout with a ceramic shop, take the 3 rd exit, drive for 1 km take a right turn at rusty's restaurant, and head up the hill, following the signs to cumbre del sol. when you reach cumbre del sol, drive past the information centre till a small roundabout take the 1st exit, take the 3rd right, and follow the signs to Palmeras residentals, cross 2 junctions and where the road bends the villa in on your left. 92M in on the wall. First stayed at this villa in 2009 and had the most wonderful time we returned in 2010 but decided we would try somewhere new for 2011 and instantly wished we hadn't. We are rebooking this villa for 2012 it has everything and more - the kids loved the pool and game station which kept them entertained and having the bar just next to the pool which is not a bar that you expect to find in a villa; it has everything you need, fridges, ice maker, coffe machine, sink, optics, plasma tv (with Sky) playstation 3 and much more and is right next to the pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some great meals and everywhere in the villa is a very high standard. You will need a car but there is a local centre with resturants and bars in walking distance but Moraira centre is stunning with a beautiful harbour and beach. Thank you Paul for letting us stay in your fabulous home; we can not wait to return next year. |
