Washing machine, iron and ironing board provided.
Staircase leading downstairs to 2 further double bedrooms, 1 with king size bed and the other with 2 single beds, sharing a separate full bathroom. Both bedrooms having hot and cold air conditioning and fantastic sea views.
It is the perfect location for those wishing to unwind and relax! Enjoy the stunning shared infinity pool also with incredible views.

There are plenty of supermarkets, the nearest a 2 minute drive. A 10 minute drive you will find El Portet - a charming sandy cove beach - and Moraira, a beautiful historic town with sandy beach, restaurants, bars, shops, a harbour and castle! Javea golf course is also within a 10 minute drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are gloriously golden beaches and numerous coves & bays to be found along the coast, while just a short distance inland the scenery is rugged and spectacular.
This property is ideally situated for guests wishing to explore Javea, Benitachell and Moraira, the beaches being only 5 minutes drive away. Situated 5 minutes drive away from Javea Golf Club, 15 minutes drive from La Sella Golf Club, Denia. The beautiful village of Benitachell is only 2 minutes drive away as is a large supermarket. Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive by car where you can enjoy Terra Mitica - a large fun park with some of the largest rides in Europe, the recently opened Terra Natura - a wildlife park, Aqualiandia - a themed water park and Mundomar - an animal water park. Guests will be far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy the local day and night life on offer
The Moraira / Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol area
For those wanting a peaceful setting to relax in amongst stunning scenery but within easy reach of the nearby lively resorts with their bars, restaurants, shops and clubs, Cumbre del Sol is the ideal location for families, groups and couples alike.
The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day.
Accompanied horse rides and lessons are available at the Centro Hipico Javea. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks.
Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc.
Javea Golf Club is a five minute drive away. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on the full length 9-hole course. The course has wide, open fairways that sometimes flatter the golfer, but beware the greens. These are very well protected by bunkers. There is a practice green, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for children, club-house with 2 bars, a restaurant, TV and card room, changing rooms and caddy area. Then perhaps a meal and a drink afterwards on the terrace whilst watching the sun go down over the Montgo mountain. The bar and food service is excellent. We highly recommend it.
La Sella Golf Club, Denia is only a 15 minute drive away and is located next to the Montgo Nature Reserve it has unparalleled views of the countryside, with the mountains as a backdrop. The course itself is set in Mediterranean woodlands, and overall is an attractive offering. An 18 hole par 72 course of balanced difficulty, La Sella has proved popular both amongst locals & visitors to the area. Facilities at the club include; Club house, restaurant & cafeteria, sauna, changing rooms, & tennis courts. In addition the La Sella horse riding school operates nearby. So after a grouling 18 holes why not treat yourself to a well earned drink in the club house.

The nearest airport is Alicante being about 1 hour drive and Valencia being 1.5 hour drive.

From Alicante head North on the A7 and take Junction 63, head for Teulada/Moraira and then Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol. From Valencia head south on the A7. Take junction 63 - signposted Teulada/Moraira and follow signs for Benitachell / Cumbre del Sol. Full directions will be given.
