There is an open plan living room with fireplace, flat screen TV providing Channels in English, German, Spanish and French. DVD Player. Archway to fully fitted Kitchen with dining area. There are 3 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 3 with shower room and kitchen can be used as an Apartment bedroom and has external door to the 8m x 4m pool.
There is Air Con to the Master bedroom and Apartment Bedroom.
Covered naya leads on to the very private and enclosed garden, not overlooked, with covered chill out area, lovely new 8m x 4m pool and barbecue. There is off road parking for 2 cars.

This can be used as a fully self contained independent apartment: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, wall mounted TV, AC Unit. Kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven, kettle and toaster. Direct access to pool terrace, BBQ, Chill-out area & garden.
Bathrooms: Family bathroom with full sized bath and shower over, wash hand basin and toilet. En suite shower room to bedroom 3 has a walk in double shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Lovely private enclosed garden area with a covered chill-out area, gas barbecue, seating areas for 'al fresco' dining, 6 sun loungers and there is a new 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps and outside shower. (The pool is 1.30m at the shallow end and 1.80m at the deep end).

The owners will allow smoking in the villa (with the exception of the bedrooms) and also pets are acceptable. (An extra security bond of 200 euros is required in case of damage).
The villa is set on a totally flat plot and the accommodation is all on one level and has direct access to the pool and garden. Ideal for people with walking difficulties. There are just 2 steps to access the naya from the driveway.
Changeover days are flexible and it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm. All bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Gardener twice a week and pool maintained.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Moraira / Tabaira area
The villa is approx. 500 metres from the Commercial Centre at Tabaira, an easy walk, where you will find good local shops including a Supermarket, Newsagents, Bakery and Taxi company. There are also 2/3 bars and restaurants so it is not always necessary to use your car. Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is just a 5 minute drive or approx 20 minute walk. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive. Close to several high quality golf courses, The La Macheta in Moraira is approx. 10 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms. Approximately 2.5km to the centre of Moraira and the lovely main beach and the smaller beach at El Portet. There are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular towns of Javea, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Moraira is a picturesque coastal town in a bay on the South-Eastern coast of Spain. It is nestled between the resorts of Javea and Calpe. Once a sleepy fishing village, Moraira is a popular holiday destination for European visitors staying in holiday villas in Moraira. Moraira's property is also sought after by its loyal following from Spain. Surrounded by Costa Blanca’s beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Moraira’s impressive marina is at the centre of its life with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants. In fact some of the restaurants are highly recommended with menus for all tastes. Much of Moraira’s original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. On your Moraira villa holiday it is recommended you hire a car to really appreciate the area’s beauty and many activities and excursions. As well as Moraira and Javea there are some fantastic towns and villages locally by: Calpe, Denia Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November.
