About the home

The villa is suitable for two families sharing as it is a very spacious home. It has one bedroom upstairs next to the main bathroom
Downstairs there are three other bedrooms, all doubles, next to a bathroom
You will be amazed at the size of the villa and will feel relaxed when first entering . There are beautiful views from every aspect.
The large garden room has been well appreciated from previous families. The shaded bbq area at the side of the house is ideal on hot sunny days

The villa has been extensively refurbished over the past 8 years and now boasts one very large double bedroom and 3 large twin singles (two of which can be converted as doubles), sleeping 8 adults comfortably (including 2 families), a Italian fitted kitchen with corian work surface. 2 fridge/freezers Patio doors leading onto sun terrace.

Tastefully appointed open plan living/dining area with a wood burning stove. New satelite system installed 2013 tpicking up English TV channels, dvd player, radio, library/cds Patio doors leading on to sun terrace. Two bathrooms, external (covered) utility and BBQ area and a large naya (conservatory) leading into the main patio/pool area, secluded by well maintained private gardens. .

The villa has been specifically refurbished and designed to appeal to families seeking a large, versatile and private holiday home in a clean and prosperous residential area whilst being only two kilometres from the town of Moraira. The villa also has several private (shaded and unshaded) patios on separate levels.

The Moraira area

Moraira is an elegant town on the Costa Blanca coast, located between Alicante (1 hour drive from airport) and Valencia (1 hour drive) and has been benefiting from growing but discreet tourism.

The town boasts 3 main beaches, including two long sandy beaches next to the town with views over Calpe and more discreet sandy beechs at El Portet (1 km from town), a beautiful, small Spanish bay, and Cumbre Del Sol (a small cove beech, 5 km from the villa). A range of golf, tennis and water sports facilties are close at hand. Popular childrens activities (water theme parks, Tera Mitica etc) are located in Benidorm (30 minute drive).
