The Moraira area
Moraira is an elegant town on the Costa Blanca coast, located between Alicante (1 hour drive from airport) and Valencia (1 hour drive) and has been benefiting from growing but discreet tourism.
The town boasts 3 main beaches, including two long sandy beaches next to the town with views over Calpe and more discreet sandy beechs at El Portet (1 km from town), a beautiful, small Spanish bay, and Cumbre Del Sol (a small cove beech, 5 km from the villa). A range of golf, tennis and water sports facilties are close at hand. Popular childrens activities (water theme parks, Tera Mitica etc) are located in Benidorm (30 minute drive).
